Comfort and relaxation
I ordered this neck shoulder massage for my husband’s birthday as he has sitting job in office and has been complaining about neck and back pain but it seems to be best gift for husband in 40s.This massager did a wonderful job and provided comfort and relaxation in case of pain and soreness too. It works on the pinpoint area of pain and at the same time it provides the ability to control the intensity of motion. Recommend it..!!

The product is amazing. gave me some comfort for my stiff neck.It has a decent massage strength as well as a bit of warmth to it. However, it can only be used when plugged into an outlet, though. overall I think this is a good buy.

Stuck in one place, one position
This will actually massage and can be used oin various areas of the body, but the design is targeted to the shoulders and neck and it seems ill-suited for that task. The balls on the shiatsu massager are very large and hard and have no give in them and the way they are situated, you may never even feel the two smaller balls. The heat is minimal at best and the red light shouldn’t be confused with the same kind as used in red light therapy. The button to change the direction of the massager is pointless because it is going to reverse itself every minute. The speed level do actually change and provide three speeds. But the biggest disappointment was how trapped you feel using it. Don’t expect to be able to do anything else until the 15 minute auto shutoff relieves you. If the straps were longer maybe you could read a book or reach for a cup of coffee or water, or use a mouse or keyboard, etc. But it is very limiting in that way. The manual is 8 pages and less than one page has anything to do with actual operating the device, the rest is all warnings, troubleshooting, specs, and such. They also repeatedly reference pictures, but there are no pictures anywhere in the manual. So while I had high hopes for a decent massager for my neck and shoulders, at best I am disappointed.

I use this every day after job
I have a very stressful job and going to get a massage is not an option because I hardly have time. When I get home I use this and it really helps me. It gives a spectacular massage. I am very happy with it and I really like being able to have a massage for as long as I want from the comfort of my home.

Doesn’t Heat, Over-Priced, Requires Constant Power Source
I requested this item due it being able to be used in a car or in your home. I was hoping it would be chargeable and not require a constant power source so I could use it at home or in my car while driving.The first thing you’ll notice is this item is heavy and depending on how much pain you have it will drastically decrease how much you want to attempt using it. Once you get past that you will see it comes with a cord that detaches and two adapters. One is for the car and the other is for inside the house. its important to note the connection is not very secure and it tends to come unplugged when moved around causing the item to suddenly stop. This along with it not heating, and causing more pain after use, even a few days later made this item a one-time use it then forget it item for me. I have another one that was the same price from a local retail store that does heat up, and is rechargeable, the only draw back to it is it requires a proprietary USB cable which as been lost making it just a paperweight.

Feels so relaxing
This is absolutely amazing.The heat on this combined with the rolling balls that rotate over the shoulders n neck area to loosen ip tight muscles feels so good.I also place it across my lower back for tight muscles.I also like the fact it has a adaptor to use in the car when going on long road trips.

Short chord and trex pose inducing.
While this massager does work, the chord is VERY short- on top of that, holding this in place is awkward- I felt like a trex. So if you’re fine being in that position great, but if you want to DO anything while wearing this guess again. the heating is not as warm as I’d like but thats a personal taste issue. The leather is cheap and the overall build is decent.
