Love these shoes! So much cuter in person. Fit perfectly and very comfortable. Looking forward to getting another pair soon. Some people would not like how the toe box flips up. It’s very helpful for me. For different reasons my two big toes don’t bend. This little flip in the front helps my gate tremendously.

I reordered an 8.5 and they were comfortable
Update: Returned to order an 8.5 US. When the 8.5 arrived, there was no more cutting into my heels from the shoes. They are a little big in the toe box but are much more comfortable than the size 8 (which usually works for all shoes).First review: I needed slip-on loafers, and now I have them. I was only disappointed because I recall buying many Clarks shoes in the past for work (15 years ago), and they were not made of leather but of a higher-quality material. These are too tight on the tops of my feet, causing a bit of pinching on the tops of my heels and blistering my heels.

I knew these size 8.5, multi brown colored loafers would fit because I already own this shoe in black. The toe box is wide enough to wiggle my toes, but not so wide the shoe slips off my feet. I have wide feet due to a bunion on one foot and a hammer toe, but cannot keep wide sized shoes from slipping off my heel. While technically a “loafer” the shoe is cut lower on the feet which makes it feel and look like both a “flat” you can wear to church or with a suit to work, and a more casual loafer, which is why I purchased both the black and multi-brown versions. This makes this shoe more versatile. The multi brown color is very attractive and is versatile worn with so many other colors. The shoes look equally attractive worn with a dress or skirt, or with jeans or shorts. I like to wear mine with knee-length,Santiny golfing skirts that I purchased from Amazon this year. I like to take them when traveling because I can cut down on the number of shoes I pack. If I wear heels to an event, I pack these to switch to when my feet get sore or tired. The insoles are not particularly thick, especially in the ball area and I plan to wear without socks and usually wear all day. For that reason, I buy a half size larger and add comfortable, washable, odor resistant insoles. Amazon sells these insoles. Give these Clark’s brand loafers a try.

Almost Perfect
This is a beautiful shoe, but they seemed too tight and not quite long enough for my feet. I’m not sure if I would need a half size bigger or wide to extra wide. I’m disappointed that I am returning them. I’ve read that others really like them and I can understand that because the support and cushioning are wonderful about them. Just what I’m looking for in a shoe for my problem feet.Update 9/5/25: I tried the size 9 Wide and it was too big. Flip flopped off my feet when I tried to walk in them. Returning.
