Super cute and great deal
I really like this resistance band set! The colors are so cute, and having 6 bands is such a great deal. It gives me a bunch of options to switch up my workouts, and they feel sturdy too. Fun, affordable, and super useful!

Works well but some of the logo is already fading
Let me start off by saying I do really like these. The quality of the band itself seems really good and I especially like the light blue handheld band as it’s has great tension and just really comfortable to hold. The extra heavy feels super sturdy all the way down to the light that feels super flimsy, but that may be what you need. Just know that with most of these bands if you get them close to dirt or hair of any kind they will immediately get stuck on the bands and get dirty. But this is nothing that a short rinse down shouldn’t fix. These bands, of course, are super easy to use and work really well. Just wrap them around your knees or your arms or wherever you’re wanting to stretch or exercise and you’re good to go. You may be like me and also need to double up on some bands to feel the real tension. The main reason I didn’t give this a full five stars is already you can see some of the logo on the medium yellow start to fade, which is definitely not good if you’re gonna be using these long-term unless you either memorize what color is what or try to feel for the differences, which honestly is kind of easy to do I guess. Overall good value.

A Set of Resistance Bands To Help Me Workout When Traveling– But, A Few Words… ;o)
Hello there, nice to meet you! ;o)I’m currently working with a physical therapist that introduced me to these wonderful resistance bands for my workouts. That said, I saw these bands while browsing on Amazon– and thought to myself, a great opportunity to get a set of my own, and to help me continue the workouts while traveling.This portable kit comes with 5 colorful resistance bands that range from X-Heavy to X-Light, with a ‘gift’ of the looped stretcher, for want of a better word.A reality check:The bands doesn’t educate the user– they are merely described as X-Light to X-Heavy, without indication of what that resistance can/could be… meaning what numerical amount they could be terms of pounds of resistance, is what I’m trying to say. I’m so sorry to point out that the bands are on the smaller side, without enough room for those who are larger sizes, another drawback.The kit does come with a small brochure, with some helpful exercises to get you started, a good thing.Kindly be aware that the bands are on the small side… each band unstretched, has a circumference of 24 inches, which is on the slender side of things. I confess, I’m used to seeing them as much larger– especially after seeing what my physical therapist uses.Not only that, the resistance bands the therapist uses are of much thicker latex. These bands are remarkably on the thin side, simply put. I would be afraid of these snapping apart during a workout, not say, painful, you know?Now that I realize that these bands are a bit too small for me and on the thin side, my search must continue for a larger (and thicker) version that would fit my frame a bit better for workouts, just so you know.I had planned on giving these bands a full score, but must now adjust the number to reflect what I received.Perhaps you would have better luck than I have. ;o)***********************************************************May Your Autumn Be Colorful and Full Of FUN! ;o)Cheerio and Best of Luck in all your endeavors!
