Great and cheap walking sticks!
Great poles! No real instructions but the price was GREAT. They are very sturdy and changing the height is pretty easy. Remember to tighten the latches by using ROUND knob (at other side of Latch) before putting any weight on poles. Light Weight yet sturdy and they do collapse for transporting. They really help with walking especially if you knees or hips hurt. They take off the burden on those joints. They come with a bag and and different kind of feet for pole ends

Great trekking poles for a good price
great set of hiking poles. comes with different tips. easy adjust. light and sturdy, I never used likes before but hiked Mt Whitney and I needed safety on icy rocks and snow. these did perfect and came same day. I didn’t have any problems with the adjustments getting loose throughout the hikes and I adjusted a multiple times based on going up or down so I appreciated adjustables.

Excellent poles with key features not found in others but with a minor design flaw
Just tried these in Glacier National Park and they performed well. Got the twist lock version, which is much better than the other types because (i) poles are lighter, and most importantly (ii) poles include internal shock absorbers, which are very useful on the downhill. Poles supported my weight well both uphill and downhill, and only rarely slid. Key to using the shock absorbers is to activate them by twisting back just a bit until hearing a click after tightening. This is not well explained in the product description but it is a very useful function. Straps have the correct design, which (unlike many other inexpensive poles out there) lay flat on the palm of the hand when grabbing them correctly (see videos on the internet about how to correctly use the straps to grab hiking poles). However, a minor design flaw: the stopper of the straps was placed too far into the strap end while the other end has thicker width that prevents the strap from reducing its size. This makes the straps too big for normal-sized hands without gloves. I have big hands and the straps were way too big for me, resulting in my grip being 2 inches below the optimal gripping point which is at the very top. After returning from my trip, I solved this problem by changing the straps for ones from an old pair of poles that don’t have this design flaw. I’d recommend the product owner to redesign the straps. Nevertheless, these are excellent poles that overdeliver for the price they cost.

Excellent Quality!
What a great surprise to open the package and find a product with thoughtful design and clear instructions. The cork grips are very comfortable, the poles are lightweight & extremely sturdy and even attractive. The sizing can be easily adjusted in seconds. It’s easy to see that the tips/guards will hold up over years of use. The zipper bag is even high quality! Very happy with this purchase!

Awesome Hiking Poles!!
These lightweight hiking poles are fantastic! Everything I expected and More! (For those of you who review and state that these poles “slip”… C’mon now, read the easy-to-understand instructions. Hand tighten the 4 small screws! No tools needed.) The poles come with a nice carrying case and different end tips for snow, mud, and hard surfaces. The cork grips are sweet. Hiking poles are not meant to bear your full weight, BTW, just guide you along. They sure do assist while carrying a heavier backpack. Great value! High quality! Looks professional! Totally awesome.

SUPERIOR TREKKING POLES
Love these trekking poles! They are lightweight and the handles are very comfortable. The adjustability is amazing and the adjustment locks hold exceptionally well. They offer an increased upper body workout during walks and add stability when it has snowed or is icy. This is my second pair. The first pair served me well for 5 years, but my dog chewed the handles. I walk 4-5 miles daily year round and highly recommend this brand.

Helpful tools to have when hiking.
I feel these are quality made poles. They are very strong, and have good stability and durability. Lightweight and easy to adjust to your height. With all of the attachment feet included, you can safely hike through any terrain. The pole is collapsible and fits nicely in the carrying case when not in use.

These CMT hiking aluminum poles were a great help on a recent 8.6 km hike. They were light-weight to carry around, the anti-shock feature absorbed the rough impacts well on the decent. The adjustable poles were comfortable on the hands during the 4 hour hike. Very good value for the price paid. Strongly recommended for anyone looking for a good pair of hiking poles without paying the high price of a pair of carbon poles. They even included bonus attachments.

I bought it to hike Fuji Mountain. The locking mechanism on the shaft did not work properly and kept getting loose changing in the lenght of the pole. I had to stop all the time to make it tight. I gave one star because the grip was pretty good and comfortable. I hope I get a refund.

Had some old hiking poles that required adjusting by turning each section to lock & unlock. Finally decided to get some better ones, especially since I’m almost 80 and want to continue hiking in the forest. These came quickly and were reasonably priced. Old ones had “cork” grips but the Eva grip is a foam/rubber and much better and extends further down the pole. The adjustable hand strap was long enough and gave me even more control, especially when going down a steep hill. Easy to release cam levers to shorten & store. These are also lighter in weight but held my body weight as I climbed down an embankment. Lots of different tips that I’ve yet to use. Would recommend highly.
