Aloe Seems Minimal
This 16-piece set of BINGFU ZHICUI Aloe Vera Gel comes in a resealable bag, with each 30g tube individually sealed with a foil under the twist-off cap. The expiration date is printed at the top of each tube (year listed first), and all of mine had the same date. The tubes are convenient and hygienic, but the product info on the back isn’t in English.Translating the ingredients, the main components are water, glycerin, phenoxyethanol, carbom, triethanolamine, and allantoin. Aloe barbadensis extract is only listed under “trace ingredients” along with things like hydroxyphenyl methyl ester, PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil, essence, sodium hyaluronate, and butylene glycol. That makes me question how much aloe is actually in here.Directions say to use it after cleansing and toning, then massage into the skin until absorbed. They also recommend refrigerating it for a more soothing effect. It’s intended for external use only, but oddly states that children under 3 can use it, which seems questionable.Overall, the product is decent for general hydration, but if you’re specifically looking for a strong aloe-based gel, this might not be the one.
