Surprisingly handy carry-on – love the little details and design!
It’s the perfect size for a carry-on (fits overhead bins with no problem) and feels sturdy without being heavy. The front pocket is the main reason I bought it since I constantly need to work off my laptop and need somewhere convenient.The cup holder and phone stand come in handy while waiting at the airport. Wheels roll super smoothly in every direction, and the TSA lock is solid. Overall, this bag feels well thought out. It actually makes traveling less of a hassle.

LOVE the look, not the durability
I was so excited about this suitcase. I love the color and the fact that I can put my laptop in the front compartment. Unfortunately after 1 use, the wheel snapped off. I had my reservations about the wheels due to other reviews but I was hoping it was just a defect in that one so I took my chances. The wheels are cheaply made. If your looking for durability, this is not the one:-(

UPDATED. Broken within 20 minutes of first use!
UPDATE: This company truly stands by their product. After leaving an initial 1-star review (still listed below this update), the seller contacted me immediately and went well above the necessary steps to rectify the situation. The new upgraded bag they sent me to replace the one that failed, was used during an extended weekend trip recently, where I ended up having to gate check it. Anyone who has ever had to gate check a bag intended as a carry-on knows the stress of having to do so. I was worried given the incident with the first bag and having my laptop stored in the front compartment of the bag that surely either the bag or the laptop would get back to me damaged. However, I received the bag at baggage claim with only the typical scuffs and scratches that all bags get when thrown around by baggage handlers, and my laptop was unscathed!Five stars to this newer version that appears to have addressed almost all of the complaints I’ve seen in the reviews. The drink holder fits a standard size water/ soda bottle – I didn’t try it with anything larger than that. The wheels have been upgraded to a higher quality and actually have locking mechanisms to keep the bag in place if you need added stability while using the improved phone holder. The phone holder fits my iPhone 16 (with case) perfectly. Overall, I have no major complaints about this new bag. If I had to nitpick one thing, it would be that the quality of the materials for the body of the bag and the phone holder seem a bit flimsy and thin. Even at that, the bag still held up well even after being dragged through the airport on a mad dash to make a connecting flight and, ultimately, being gate checked. 100% would recommend!!!INITIAL REVIEW: Wish I could give this negative stars! Rolling through the airport, at the very start of a 2-week international trip (before even getting to my first fight’s gate), the back wheel popped off and broke to the point of not being fixable. Absolute garbage!!! And now I’m sitting in the airport with a broken bag that I’ll have to cart around for 2 weeks just so I can return it to get a refund.

Stylish and Functional, But Phone Stand Broke Early
I really love the look and quality of the Island Elephant luggage — it’s stylish, durable, and perfect for travel. Unfortunately, the phone stand broke on my very first trip. I didn’t return it because I genuinely like the bag, but I haven’t been able to find a way to contact the vendor for a replacement part. Hoping the company sees this and can help — I’d love to get the stand fixed!

This one is awesome. I spent a lot of time looking for features and this carryon has everything. I’m so happy with my purchase and love that I can charge my devices with it! There’s plenty of room, the waterproof pouches are perfect for toiletries, and the color is beautiful! I highly recommend this carryon!
