HOW TO USE? 
Load the Portafilter
Insert a coffee capsule or 5–8 g of ground coffee into the basket of your portable coffee machine. 
Attach the Portafilter
Securely screw it onto the main body to prevent leakage and ensure proper extraction. 
Add Water
Pour 50–80 ml of room temperature or hot water into the tank. Tip: Best results with 50 ml water = ~30 ml espresso. 
Start Brewing
● Hold button 2 sec → Heats & brews automatically.
● Double-click / Hold 4 sec → Direct brew with hot water.
Battery Won’t Charge?
Please use a 10–30 W adapter to charge the device. Adapters below 10 W may not provide enough power. Supports Fast Charge Protocols: QC 2.0 & PD 3.1.
Water Not Heating?
Make sure the battery is fully charged. Then press and hold the button for 1 second to start heating.
Do not hold longer than 2 seconds—this may reset the device to its default mode and stop heating.
Leaky or Weak Coffee?
Fill the basket up to 80%, tamp firmly, and screw the portafilter on tightly. One sec press to heat the water or double-tap the power button to start extraction. If taste is weak, use a finer grind; if flow stalls, go slightly coarser.
No water/coffee comes out, what should I do?
• Try adding less coffee grinds
• Try grinding the coffee a bit coarser.
• Don’t tamp too hard to reduce pressure
• Check if your grinder produces too many fine particles that may clog the filter.
My espresso tastes weak or watery, what should I do?
• Grind finer — we recommend using the Cera+ grinder at espresso level 0–1.
• Always use fresh coffee beans or capsules for the best flavor.

We have a winner!
I’ve gotten used to Nespresso while visiting relatives. I so wanted an option I could use on my RV without having to run the generator. I really didn’t want to spend too much. So I tried 2 different cheaper options that looked similar to this. They were both garbage! I had to return them for malfunctions. This was my last attempt at finding a solution. The 3rd time was the charm. This might cost more, but it works. So far I made a double shot Americano using 2 pods, as that’s what I’ve been doing on my brother’s big Nespresso machine. It was delicious. Tomorrow I’m going to try using a fine ground coffee. But I’ll probably stick to the pods on the RV because clean up was so easy. This is a quality machine. And a big step up from the others.

Awesome product
Absolutely love this. This is a newer model than the one I already have. I travel a lot and it’s great to have the Nespresso flavor coffee original capsules that I like. Tip: use hot water and the coffee will be ready quicker and the battery last longer. You get about 4 cups before you need to recharge with room temperature water. The directions say you get hundreds of cups if you use hot water.

Solid, well built machine that is easy to use on the go
A friend of mine used to have a portable espresso machine at the office but he moved away. They recently replaced our coffee machines with something that, I guess, resembles coffee. I ordered the CERA+ Self-Heating Portable Espresso Machine so that I could enjoy a tasty one at work again!The machine comes in a VERY giftable box that looks great. Inside, VERY WELL packed in foam is the machine itself, cleaning brush, charging cable and inserts for both Nespresso pods (only the ORIGINAL will work) or your own ground coffee. I have only used the pods so far so will focus on their use. The machine came fully charged and, with a quick look over the manual, I was in business. It is VERY simple to use. Insert the pod into the pod adapter and screw it into the machine and replace the coffee cup back on the bottom. Fill the reservoir with water to the fill line (they suggest not using tap water but only filtered or purified water) and replace the lid. Depending on whether you used hot or cold water will dictate how you start the machine.For cold water, press and hold the power button until the machine turns on (a few seconds) and the machine will heat the water (there are lights on the front that will light up in order as it heats) and, once to proper temperature, it will brew your coffee. If you are using pre-heated water, double tap the power button and the machine will instantly begin to brew your coffee. I didn’t realize the second one was only for hot water and double tapped it with cold, resulting in a tepid shot of espresso.Now, there is one negative that I think must be mentioned; the battery. Is is NOT a replaceable battery which means that, over time, when it wears down, the machine will essentially be useless. A better design would be for them to have the ability to purchase a replacement battery, even if it is proprietary to their company, so that the machine could be used indefinitely as it is a very solidly built brewer. It’s the only reason for my 4 star review.Overall, I am very happy with this espresso machine. It is definitely solidly built and super easy to use. It is extremely portable and the ability to not be tied down with a power cord is fantastic. The $140 price is in line with other, top end, portable espresso machines so I think it is well worth the price tag.

Don’t live home without it
I took the CERA Coffee Maker on a family trip to South America. The coffee maker performed above and beyond our expectations. I should say, way, way above, in every aspect. We used Cafe La LLave expresso capsules. They are similar to Nespresso’s original capsules.Since we got back from the trip, we have been using the coffee maker on daily basis. Easy to use, easy to clean.

Desde que descubrí esta mini cafetera CERA+B portátil, no puedo imaginar mis mañanas sin ella. La compré para usar en la oficina, en viajes y en escapadas de fin de semana, y en cada situación ha cumplido con creces.La posibilidad de usar café molido o cápsulas NS es un puntazo. Cuando utilizo café molido, siempre escojo molienda para espresso y el resultado es increíblemente cremoso y con cuerpo. Incluso probé las cápsulas “compatibles” de Hacendado, y sorprendentemente el café sale con una capa de crema deliciosa y un sabor muy intenso.La batería de 13.500 mAh rinde para preparar hasta 8 cafés de 50 ml por carga, pero en mi caso prefiero hacer espressos cortos y me rinde unos 4 cafés seguidos. Cada vez que termino, solo relleno el depósito con 50 ml de agua fría, pulso el botón durante 2 s y espero aproximadamente 140 s a que alcance 92 °C. El modo de doble clic, para verter agua ya caliente, resulta ideal si llevo un termo: así no tengo que esperar y puedo sacar casi 500 cafés antes de recargarla.Más allá del espresso, la he usado para té con un filtro de fieltro: basta con no poner cápsula, introducir la bolsita o las hojas y pulsar el botón; el agua caliente cae directamente y el té queda perfecto para llevarlo al campo o a la oficina sin necesidad de hervidor adicional.Me encanta lo compacta y robusta que es (solo 730 g y 7×7×23 cm), la base USB-C de carga rápida tarda solo 2 – 2,5 h y el sistema de 20 bar imita a la perfección la presión de una gran máquina. Además, se limpia en un momento bajo el grifo y cabe en cualquier neceser, y el acabado da aspecto premium.Puede que sea algo cara comparada con otras cafeteras portátiles, pero si valoras la calidad de un auténtico espresso, la versatilidad con café molido o cápsulas y la comodidad de no depender de enchufes ni hervidores, esta CERA+B es la mejor inversión.

Macchina per espresso portatile scoperta per puro caso, anzi con molta onestà ignoravo totalmente l’esistenza. Sin da subito sono stato incuriosito in quanto avere la possibilità di farsi un buon caffè quando non si è a casa o quando non si ha la possibilità di andare al bar o ci si trova in posti privi di corrente, la trovo alquanto geniale oltre che una vera comodità. Sostanzialmente è come avere un barista personale sempre a disposizione. La sua portabilità la rende perfetta per chi ama viaggiare, fare campeggio o semplicemente desidera un caffè di qualità anche in ufficio , insomma un caffè a portata di mano in tutti i sensi.Tante sono le caratteristiche che contraddistinguono questa macchina da caffè portatile rispetto a quelle classiche , anzitutto la velocità e la praticità della stessa , infatti preparare un espresso è semplicissimo e velocissimo. Basta semplicemente inserire polvere di caffè o una capsula Nespresso ( compatibile solo con caffè macinato e con capsula nespresso ) , riempire d’acqua ( fredda o calda ) il serbatoio e avviare l’estrazione e in pochi minuti il caffè è pronto. Questo perché la macchina è autoriscaldante , cioè riscalda automaticamente l’acqua e a processo ultimato estrae il caffè con una pressione pari a 20 bar. Il caffè è buono, cioè oltre le mie aspettative, bello cremoso, non acquoso e soprattutto intenso, ovviamente la qualità del caffè dipende moltissimo anche dalla miscela che si utilizza, ma in via generale fa veramente un’ottimo caffè, provare per credere.Ho apprezzato anche l’autonomia, questo perché è dotato di batteria interna ricaricabile da circa 13500mAh, in termini pratici con una carica completa e usando acqua fredda , si riesce a fare circa 8 tazze di caffè da 50ml oppure 5 tazze di caffè da 80ml , mentre se si usa acqua calda si riescono a fare molte più tazze di caffè in quanto non si deve avviare la procedura di riscaldamento. La batteria si ricarica completamente in circa 3,5 ore e va usato un alimentatore minimo di 10W/15W ( attenzione a non usare un alimentatore inferiore ai 10W in quanto la ricarica sarà lenta ). Se si usa l’acqua calda basta premere due volte il pulsante e si avvia l’estrazione diretta , invece se si usa l’acqua fredda basta premere una volta il pulsante e si avvia la funzione di riscaldamento, inoltre l’indicatore led indica sia la temperatura dell’acqua e sia l’autonomia restante , insomma completa , facile da usare , multifunzionale e versatile.Infine , ma non per importanza, è protetta contro il funzionamento a secco , cioè non avvia il processo se non rileva l’acqua e il rivestimento esterno protegge dal calore , cioè evita scottature per cui oltre ad essere estremamente facile da usare è al tempo stesso anche sicura.Per cui , per riassumere:✅️ Versatilità: Si adatta a qualsiasi tipo di caffè, dalle capsule compatibili Nespresso al caffè macinato.✅️ Design compatto e funzionale: È facile da pulire e da trasportare.✅️ Qualità costruttiva: I materiali sono solidi e resistenti, segno di un prodotto pensato per durare nel tempo.In conclusione questa macchina per espresso portatile è un vero e proprio gioiello.
