What’s the difference between the two sides?
It features a dual-sided design: a soft velvet loop side for comfort, and a dense terry loop side for quick drying. You can choose the side based on your need.
Why does the towel feel stiff when first unpacked? Does it affect use?
This is normal for 100% cotton after vacuum packing and not a quality issue. We recommend a quick rinse and air-dry before first use. The towel will regain its fluffiness and softness without impacting its excellent absorbency.
Will the wrinkles from vacuum packing disappear?
The wrinkles from vacuum sealing are temporary. They will naturally smooth out with repeated washing and use, allowing the towel’s inherent softness to fully emerge over time.
Are the colors vibrant? Will they fade?
We use a color-locking process. The colors are made to stay vivid and resist fading, wash after wash.

Edges are nicely finished, no loose threads. Weaving is good, no pulls in the loops. Colors are bright.Impressions:Love this towel. It’s quite large-great for the beach. It’s lightweight which for me is a plus. That makes it compact and not too heavy. Fits well in a beach bag. Launders well, I didn’t notice any shrinking or puckering. Absorbent enough. Soft and brushed on one side and true terry loops on the other.It’s large enough for a lay-out towel and absorbent enough for some serious drying.It’s a bit of an off-label use but I like these extra large towels as a light cover or blanket around the house. It’s just enough for when it’s a tad cool and you don’t want a heavy blanket. Also quite useful in the car as a seat cover for sand, pet feet or kids as it’s easy to wash. My parents always kept large towels in the car to protect the seats from all sorts of things and to use as a light blanket for me when I got chilled or fell asleep on long drives.This really is a perfect towel/cover/wrap/light blanket. Love it and I’m so happy it was offered.

Soft, Lightweight, and Well Made Beach/Bath Towel
This blue and white striped towel has a fresh, classic look and feels great right out of the package. It arrived vacuum-sealed, which kept it clean and compact, and fluffed up nicely after the first wash. The color is lovely—vibrant without being too bright—and it washed well with no fading or shrinking. I appreciate that it’s 100% cotton and large enough to comfortably use at the beach or pool.Although the listing recommends air drying, I found that impractical for a towel this size—it would take ages to dry completely. I used the dryer on a delicate setting instead, and it came out soft and perfectly fine. The fabric feels durable but not heavy.One amusing note: the care guide suggests ironing to remove wrinkles, but I can’t imagine ironing a beach towel. Wrinkles or not, it’s still a lovely and functional piece. Overall, it’s a well-made, attractive towel that balances absorbency and comfort and it offers great value for the quality and all for around $27.

Soft and absorbent
This is nice big beach towel! It has that soft, velelvety feel on one side and the absorbent terry-type side on the other. I don’t plan to use this towel for the beach, but love a good, big bath towel.When I got it, it was vacuum packed and I thought it looked super small. But once I opened the bag and shook it out, it fluffed up some.The color was perfect for my bathroom, but I’ve had towels in the past, that look great but don’t dry well.This towel did a great job getting me dry without that feeling that the water isn’t being absorbed. I would definitely buy another towel like this one again.

Lightweight but absorbent
Item: GABAO Cotton Beach Towel Oversized – 70″x 35″- This towel is so soft on one side and dries like normal on the other. I love the light blue color that I chose (dusty blue). I left it out overnight to get rid of the wrinkles. That didn’t help, but it looks perfect after I washed it.- The care tag on the towel says to wash it in warm water, but it comes with a card that says a first wash in cold water is required. I dried it on medium for 30 minutes. After, I saw that the card and tag said to tumble dry low. It now measures at 66.5″ x 34″. Totally my fault, but even so, it’s a nice big towel.- For such a big towel, it’s not heavy. I really like this towel a lot. Big thumbs up.

Good size and quality
This is a large beach towel. Suitable to place on a beach chair and give good coverage. The perimeter of the towel is sewn such that fraying is unlikely. This towel is 100% cotton, so it feels soft and is absorbent. The thickness is good. If it were any thicker, it would weigh a lot when wet. I washed it by itself the first time, and when I took it out of the dryer, the lint screen was full from just this towel. The color I chose is neutral and not so dark as to show fading over time. It came with care instructions and a zip plastic bag for storage, I guess. I suppose there are beach towels out there that are comparable and cost less. Overall, a good beach towel.

Very soft but a little on the thinner side.
The came nicely vacuum packed. Very soft to the touch prior to washing as instructed. It was just a soft after washing. I followed the instructions to the letter and found that the underside of the towel balls of lint on it. Although I found it to be on the thinner side, compared to my other beach towels, my daughter used it and stated that it was very absorbent and did the job. The only reason why I give it four stars is because I would’ve liked it to be a little thicker. I definitely do like it because of how soft it is.

Great beach towel!
A very nice beach towel. It has a great feel and the color is nice as is the size, big enough for most people. I like that it is on the lighter side, I use it mostly for shade as I burn easily so the lighter cloth allows air to flow through a bit so it is more comfortable. I highly recommend this towel, well worth the price!
