Quality equipment amongst a lot of poor competitors
Finally got a good one after seeing someone else use the same brand. The materials feel premium and unlikely to break anytime soon. The set comes with 2 leg straps, 2 handles that attach on to the different resistant bands by the way of a carabiner, and also 2 door blockers that allow you to attach it to the other side of a closed door. Love that idea but you will cause some damage to the door as expected whether it’s the top, bottom, or side of the door depending on the attachment points. So if it’s your home you’re living in be mindful it will scuff/damage the door if you choose to use. Otherwise works as expected. Comes with a booklet of recommended exercises

So many options with this set
I borrowed a friends resistance band for P90X3 and I ended up snapping it in half. I offered to replace it and she would have nothing to do with it. So I surfed around looking for the right collection of different weighted bands. The thing that sold me on GoFit was the 100% replacement guarantee. If you break a band they will replace it for FREE!!! Once I read that, coupled with the fact my friend and Beachbody coach recommended them, I got them coming. The advantage of adding multiple bands in the same carabiner to increase the overall weight is a HUGE advantage. Handles are sturdy and do not hurt your hands and the bands (no matter how far you pull and how skinny the bands get) they seem very sturdy. Everyone needs these for their home gym. I carry the whole kit in my workout bag just in case the daily workout calls for pull-ups. Oh yeah, another great advantage is it comes with a door hold and a wraparound strap and they are very sturdy as well.

Seems light, but packs a punch
Was looking to work on muscle tone between sessions on treadmill and rowing machine. This fit the bill perfectly. I did not want to spend too much money and wondered how long these bands would actually last. Well they held up well so far. I paired them up with a workout bar and wall installed hooks so thta I do not have to use the door straps. They are a pain. Word of caution on wall hooks, make sure the are non-slip ones otherwise bands will slip on them.

Exactly what it says, and well made
This set of exercise bands is very well made and provides a complete range of resistance levels. Durable, easy to use, and comes with a full set of instructions. I needed bands with a handle that could detach and be used with various bands, and this is much more economical than buying them one at a time.

Perfect to balance a cardio workout
It does everything it said it could. Exercises for every single muscle group. Attachment to the door frame at different levels works perfectly.I do two sets of exercises per day to complement a 30 minute cardio workout; perfect combination of aerobics and resistance exercises like we’re supposed to do

I decided to post this review to counterbalance the one below. I came across the GoFit product as I as looking for a way to strengthen my upper body to improve my golf swing. As I was browsing the web site of a large golf store in Quebec, I saw the GoFit Ultimate Pro Gym set. As usual I went on amazon and found the set sold by amazon for less than 40$ and bought it. I started using it and found it extremely easy to use and very efficient. What I appreciate most about it is that from the moment I decide to exercise and the moment I am ready to do so, it takes no more than 60 seconds. Even better, there is no large equipment taking up space in the house. Those who have a wife will understand why that is a major plus! I can even bring it with me on vacation and she won’t say a thing.I liked it so much that I decided to buy a second set to have more tubes. Than I found the Extreme Pro Gym above that was on sale at 50$ and bought this one which is much more robust that the ultimate kit. Honestly, I am unsure what happened to the guy who posted the review below but unless you don’t take care of the tubes or you stretch them more than they say you should, I don’t see how this can break within 3 months. My suggestion is that you judge for yourself. This set cost less than a month at the gym and you will get a lot from it.

It is better than I thought it would be. Excellent quality, it is really strong and the bands available are good enough even for an advanced athlete . Best choice for home or traveling.

I bought those as a complement to my running routine after loosing 90lbs. Simply an amazing product. I follow Jeni DelPozo 30 min core training videos and I really see a difference! I definitely recommend this product.
