Good Strength and Good Heating Mode
This was a great product with a very durable build, especially considering the way I have been throwing it around and using it over the last few days. I work at my desk (at home) on a computer and mouse a lot, so my neck is really stiff at the end of the day, which causes me problems. The massager features multiple modes and strength profiles, allowing you to select a soft or extremely firm setting. It is also quite compact, so I plan to take this to the office when and if I need to return in person, and it will easily fit in my bag. The heating feature is a very nice value add, and only eases the tension more when under more stress.

Massage works – just didn’t wow me
Giving this 4 stars because it worked as advertised…but just didn’t do much for me. I was hoping for an “oh wow” experience and some instant relief, but not for me. It did massage well, I’ll give it that. But I was hoping for the price that I would be anxious to use it every day. Not so much.

Wished I bought this a long time ago!
I have terrible neck and back issues from constantly sitting in front of my computer all day for work. It was a little awkward to get it to fit properly on my back and neck but once I got the hang of it, I am obsessed with this thing. It hits all the points of my back, shoulders and necks that my partner could not do properly without getting tired! The pressure is amazing that I have to make sure I actually take a break in between each session as it only lasts about 10mins before turning off. Haven’t used the heat option yet as I don’t prefer it but my partner loves the heat capability that comes with it. Great purchase! Wished I bought it a long time ago!

Nice compact size massager!
Nice compact shoulder massager. The circulation and pressure are just perfect to massage my shoulder and neck after a long day in the office. The compact size is also easy to bring it to travel and enjoy the massage through out the trip. The outlook and touch feels just like real leather and the heating is nice and even around the whole shoulder and neck. It’s awesome. Recommend!

Lightweighted and nice looking
It’s great for value, very lightweighted on the should, the two arms are too small for my shoulder mine is too think for it, but it still adds extra comfy when I applied more force to press it downward to myself. Super easy to start and the style is very fashion.

I’m not sure if there is an adjustment period for this, or if it’s just getting the settings right – but the first few times I used this on my neck, I thought it was just a gimmick. But after trying different settings, and adjusting the strap to the correct set up, this just keeps getting better. At first, I didn’t even think that the fingers warmed up. But they do, it’s not hot like a heating pad, but a relaxing warm. It is heavy and kinda awkward to first put on, but once it starts working I’ve forgotten that. For my job I sit at a computer and have stiff neck and shoulders. I like to pop this on part way through my day and it is like a nice treat, getting a massage mid way through work. I don’t know how it does it, but there are motions it massages that feel like a human massaging! It does apply enough pressure to work the muscles. I’ve been able to ‘crack’ my neck after a10 minute cycle because it’s relaxed the muscles enough. Yes, it only runs for 10 minutes. I think there should be more options, at least 10 minutes and 20 minutes. Also some indicators as to what setting has been selected would be helpful. It just beeps. The instructions say press once for heat only here, twice for here — but you have no clue at which point you are starting. It’s just random pressing buttons and beeping until you find settings that work best for you. Even with that I still think this is 5 stars.

The heat function is very soothing and really helps relax tight muscles after a long day.I especially like the adjustable massage head distance and the 4 massage modes with 3 intensity levels—it’s easy to customize the massage based on how sore I feel. The smart memory feature is also very convenient. Overall, it feels well-made and works exactly as described. Highly recommended for anyone with neck, shoulder, or back tension!

I spend a lot of time sitting at a desk for work and my neck often feels very tight by the end of the day. I decided to try this cordless massager to help with the tension and it is a fantastic product. The hands-free design is my favorite feature because the straps hold the device securely on my back. This allows me to continue typing or doing chores around the house without needing to hold it in place. I also appreciate that I can adjust the spacing between the massage heads. This ensures it fits my specific body type perfectly rather than pinching my neck like other massagers I tried in the past.The massage performance is excellent and truly feels like real hands working on my muscles. I enjoy cycling through the four different modes to find the one that suits my needs for the day. I usually stick to the medium intensity level because it provides deep relief without being too painful. The added heat function is wonderful for loosening up stiff knots. It warms up quickly to a comfortable temperature which makes the entire experience feel very soothing. The combination of heat and the kneading motion provides immediate relaxation.I am very impressed with the technical aspects of this device as well. I was so excited when I ordered this ibreo Shiatsu neck and back massager, but after using it a couple of times I’m really of two minds about it. On one hand, it did offer a great neck massage. On the other hand, I found it overall to be very awkward and a bit uncomfortable to hold up to use.You see, once it was unboxed and I very happily tried it out, I quickly discovered that I hated how it was supposed to be worn. It felt really awkward and heavy and it just wouldn’t stay in the right place when trying to wear the straps behind my back. Instead I found it easier to position it in place while holding the straps frontwise in my hands as I sat down.The buttons for the massager are also placed very awkwardly, making it hard to see what buttons you’re pressing on. As well, it doesn’t give you any real information about what level/mode it’s currently set to, so you’re left guessing. The massager has four massage “arms” that rotate against the body and can also heat up. I tried various settings and can honestly say the heat with the massage actually felt really good.But while I enjoyed the massage around my neck I can say it’s not something I would use daily or regularly. In fact, I’ve found that using a heated scarf allowed me to have around the same level of relaxation that I had while using the massager. And that’s simply because I enjoy having heat applied to my neck area. Also, having to hold the massager up while sitting up straight, so it doesn’t drop down, really doesn’t allow for a complete relaxation of the neck and back muscles. In truth, the design and bulkiness of this ibreo Shiatsu massager takes away any real benefit for me to continue to use it.Overall, I can’t really recommend it but will give 4 stars as it does work perfectly in the way it’s supposed to. And I’m sure a lot of people will enjoy using it immensely. But it simply didn’t offer me the complete neck relaxation/massage I was looking for.
