Great Massager
The instructions are the worst, but once you figure it out it’s the best I’ve ever used. The only complaint I have is you have to fasten the strap behind your back, and my shoulders are messed up so I have to hold them in front.

Love this thing! I don’t always use the straps, I often move it around my back to get different spots. This works so well at working on my many knots in my upper back. I do find it quite uncomfortable when the straps are in place and it’s only focused on my next. However, with the freedom of moving it about it hits all the right muscles and sore spots. Great value and extremely easy to use. It holds a charge well as I move it about and run it for about 5-6 cycles each time I use it. It has yet to die on me since I place it on the charger once I’m done.

Impossible to use by yourself and cheap buckle system. Not worth the money
First, in order to use it, you have to put it on and THEN try to buckle it BEHIND YOUR BACK. That’s difficult enough but they made the buckle system as cheap as possible. It’s a cheap plastic that ONKY buckles one way. I’ve tried buckling it and then awkwardly trying to put it on and put my arms through it and it doesn’t work. I’ve tried 15 times to buckle it behind my back and it so t latch. When I THINK I’ve gotten it, I try to adjust the tension so I can actually keep the stupid thing in place and the cheap latch pops open!! Unless you always have someone with great dexterity ALWAYS there to help (I’m 54 and workout 5 days a week so mine is fine. I’m thinking how older people may really struggle, even with help), don’t waste your money.

I just got this and tried it, hoping it will help my neck pain. I had neck pain for a week now and decided to order this to relief pain. After using this for two times my neck pain is mostly gone! Thank you SKG. Second SKG item I got the first was a inexpensive eye massager and that worked great too. Keep up the good work.

Warning: This thing is intense!
This bad boy is amazing!Pros: First off it is made of quality material. You feel like you pulled a porsche out of the box. It charges quickly and is cordless so It is nice if you need to walk around while getting the massage and it wont slide off due to straps plus, they fit on large bodies. It has a voice that tells you which mode you are using when you press the button and it has multiple options to use. It gives an intensive deep tissue massage, really getting in to the tight muscles of my neck and muscles just below my shoulders. If that is the area you are most of needing work on then this is for you. Beware, it really gets in there deep! *I recommend you use massage oil on your neck (and shoulders if you don’t have them covered) when using this.Cons: The heating is too hot. It literally burns your skin even after a few seconds on just low to the point I couldnt use it at all. The straps are obnoxious and cut into your under arms. If you loosen them the unit doesn’t sit on your shoulders properly. It’s small, only targeting a small area. You are not able to move it around and use it on your shoulders or lower back. It’s also too narrow to use on your legs.Over all, I was disappointed in the ability to get my shoulders and anywhere outside a small targeted area and the dangerously hot heating function was useless. I am returning it for the Resteck shoulder, neck & back massager which is $100 cheaper and works so very much better providing all of my needs and taking away all of my gripes about this one.
