Decent Booty Bands
I bought these because I was missing two from my old set of bands and because I love the color green. Below were the main things I looked for when I decided whether or not to keep these (which I did end up keeping).Material quality: On the inner side of the bands have non-slip material so the bands don’t roll up when you’re using them. I workout in full legging so I can’t comment on how they feel with shorts but my friend wears shorts and hasn’t had any issues using these. It feels durable and thick, though, compared to my old ones, they are not as thick/strong. I didn’t find this to be a negative because I can get in more quality reps when using the med-level band. Specifically, I get a better range of motion when using these in my workouts (ie full abduction/clam shell/etc) and it’s easier to maintain proper form.Durability: TBD I will update in 6 months. So far they are holding up with me & my friend using them to warm up for every workout (4-5x a week).Resistance strength: There are three levels of resistance, the colors corresponding to each level of strength. Light green = light resistance, green = medium resistance, dark green = heavier resistance. I have tried several different bands and these were perfect for me.Would I recommend: Yes! These are great for beginners and those at intermediate level. The higher-level (darkest color) band has a good level of resistance for those at the intermediate and more advanced. But if you’re already at the more advanced level, I suggest looking for thicker bands.

Sturdy, comfortable and they stay put
These are excellent bands. The fabric is sturdy but soft and they have a good grip material inside. There is a nice range of resistance between the three bands. They’ve held up to all kinds of exercises and stay put. A good choice from the wide field of options.

High quality and affordable
I’ve had these for months and they have yet to show stretching or wear. Use them for workouts at least 5 days a week. Holding up so well. I have bought other brands that have stretched after a couple of months, but these are still in tact.

Good Exercise Bands
This is beginning to help me in my physical therapy classes I’m going to for my back and leg problems. They come in a three pack. All different resistant strengths. It’s a lot better than the rubber bands PT gives you to wear and they roll up around your legs. These seem to stay right where you put them on.I recommend them.

Sturdy, Durable, and Easy to Use Resistant Bands That Are Great When Used to Strengthen Your Core.
After hurting my back and completing my physical therapy, I decided to buy these bands to continue strengthening my core at home.I really like how well made these bands are and that each of the 3 bands are of a different tension. I learned in physical therapy that it is best to begin at a lower level of tension and increase intensity and sets of repetitions as my core strengthens over time.I use these bands above the knee, lay on my back with my knees bent and move my knees to wide and hold them for 5 seconds for 3 sets of 20 after completing an different exercise in the same position accept I use a 7 inch ball and squeeze my knew together for the same amount of sets and duration.I also use these bands around my ankles in a standing position completing 3 sets of side stepping 10 times in each direction being careful to lift my feet while stepping each way.The flat and comfortable material these sturdy bands are made of are much easier of the skin than the rounded plastic ones provided while I was in therapy.I recommend this product to family, friends, and others looking for a safe way to strengthen your core with varying degrees of tension.Enjoy!

Great quality resistance bands – perfect for lower body workouts
These fabric resistance bands are exactly what I needed for my home workouts. The material is thick, non-slip, and doesn’t roll up or pinch the skin like some rubber bands do.They come in different resistance levels, which is great for progressing or switching up intensity depending on the exercise. I use them mostly for glute and leg workouts, and they add a perfect amount of challenge. They’re also very portable, so I can take them when I travel or use them at the gym.Overall, a great set for anyone looking to build strength and tone their lower body.

Wide bands that stay in place when you’re working out
I really like these bands. They are twice as wide as other bands I’ve bought, which help to prevent the bands from rolling up while you’re working out. Additionally, the inside of the bands have two rubbery strips that go all the way around the band and help keep the bands when you do excercises like lunges.

I’ve been looking for good quality resistance bands like this for a while. I’ve used the rubber ones up until this point but was always annoyed with how they would roll up with any sort of leg swinging motion or with lunges. These fabric resistance bands are the perfect solution to this problem as they do not roll up whatsoever. In addition, you can tell these bands are made very well and are priced very reasonably. Obviously they are more expensive than the rubber resistance bands because of the different materials, but they are also a great price in comparison to other brands/influencers that sell the same type of bands. The little bag that the bands come in is also a great plus.In terms of performance, these bands hold up very well. The resistance is great and they really do stay up when doing a variety of exercises. I’m hoping that these bands will last me a long time!

With limited stretch I find the size to be too short.

Très bien , attention ça n’est pas pour les débutants , il faut une certaine force . Emballage soigné et les bandes en très bon état.

My last rubber band just snapped (fortunately it did not hurt anyone) so I thought I would try these woven bands instead. They are light years better. Benefits; feel more sturdy so I don’t risk snapping, have a fixed stretch so you can do a consistent stretch each time, resistance is heavier. Love them.
