Comfortable, Soft, Small Gives Little Support
Product too small, too soft. Offers little support to neck leaving head handing over the back. For me it needed to be a little firmer and bigger/higher to offer the proper support to alleviate pain in neck and shoulder blades. Neck pillow is comfortable and does give you comfort if tuning your neck to the side. What I didn’t like is that the neck pillow came vacuumed packed. It took about 5-10 minutes to inflate.

Soft but small.
Nice and soft but seems small; C-shaped rather than U-shaped, barely fits around my freakishly-large neck. Definitely smaller than the one I lost on my last trip. Won’t know if it “works” until I get on the plane later this week….

Just the right firmness.
I bought the in the hope that it would alleviate neck pain I was having – and, thankfully, it did! The fabric is velvety, the pink color is soft and lovely, I love that it has a zipper. The neck support is excellent and i use it both on my side and back. A+ for sleep, pillow quality and neck support!
