Size guide on this produce is a bit off. Sleeves a bit short but my purpose for buying was for sun protection.. they work!!

“Not ideal for a base layer shirt, more of a brawn shot shirt”…
I needed some white base layer long sleeve shirts for my corporate security officer job. The weather has dropped and patrolling the garage is not too enjoyable on windy colder days.Truth-be-told, I am not a seal pup but I am pretty fit (regular core, walking and heavier weight training) and was a certified personal trainer in my youth. That being said these shirts are SUPER TIGHT fitting. I have other brands that have 3-4 types of similar materials in a blend and they are not this tight and a large or x-large would fit me just fine. Given that I have GERD there is no way I could keep these shirts. My acid reflux would be on fire wearing something this tight around the midsection.I would need to size up 3 sizes from my usual large (L) I buy with other brands. Regardless, the material quality is fine and the pricing is fair. Unfortunately, the tightness was an issue given my specific health factor. I recommend reading some reviews from other users to get guidance on what size you should order so it is less of a roll of the dice.
