Perfect for Camping and Emergencies!
I bought this 4-pack of water filter straws for our family camping trips and emergency kit, and I’m super impressed. Each straw feels sturdy, lightweight, and easy to use. A good choice
We actually tested one of these out in our swimming pool. I will admit I was a little nervous so I wanted to start off with clean water on my test. I don’t make it a habit to drink pool water but frequently enough I have tasted enough of it during volleyball and swimming activities to know exactly how it should taste. This straw removed all the pool taste out and left a clean refreshing flavor. Holding it up to the light no Floaties or debris could be seen, and it appeared to be perfectly filtered water. We made a couple gallons of it and drink it during the heat from Emergency and nobody got sick and everybody agreed the water had a good flavor to it. The cleaner water you filter the more quantity you’re able to do with that individual straw. This seems to be a well designed well engineered product that offers great value five stars given

Blocked with glue
I bought the 4 pack, 1 didn’t work at all. The bottom was completely blocked with some kind of glue. Only 1 straw was working properly. The others had obstructions to varying degrees and could barely get air or water through. Kinda wish I had chosen another brand.

ONE TIME USE, NOT CLEANABLE!!!
They say , clean the hose filter after use , misleading you to think they are cleanable and dryable and can be used next time up to 800 liters.It should say clean the filter hose, cause that’s all that’s cleanable. Don’t waste your money, buy a cleanable filter that can be dried and used next weekend.

Compact peace of mind
I always travel with a filter straw for each person in my group because you just never know. We were in a good hotel but they had a problem with the water one day being slightly off color. It didn’t smell bad and maybe it was just rust but you didn’t want to drink it. Filtering that water through this straw did allow it to come out clean and smelling good. Tasted fine and didn’t cause any GI issues. Be aware that these straws, although good for 211 gallons of water, are to be used then discarded (not stored after use) due to the potential for mold growth on the filter in long storage if wet. I mark mine with a permanent marker when I start using them and discard after a few days. These are super compact and lightweight. You can use them with a bottle or water source and the included tubing to clean water for a group by dispensing the clean water into storage containers. Good price for a pack of 4.
