Convenient lock
I’ve been looking for this type of lock for my mother’s luggage, and this one is perfect. I was worried she might forget the lock combination, so I’m glad it also comes with a key just in case. It’s sturdy, easy to use, and locks and unlocks smoothly without any issues. Very convenient design and reliable quality. There is no problems encountered at all. Definitely a great buy for peace of mind while traveling!

Easy to use, but also easy to bend.
Overall okay. Not the strongest lock in the world. TSA will beat these up with a single try. Easy to set your own combo. Key works. But the loop bends too easily.

Forgot the Combo!!! Use the Key!
Colorful, well made, and comes with a key. I needed these for a trip I am going in a week. My last set of locks had keys that were fairly flimsy and they were not all keyed alike so I had to have four keys to manage.My experience with combo locks is mixed. Some failed to rotate without a lot of force as they aged AND as I aged I sometimes forgot the combo (no problem – just destroy the little lock and buy a new one – along with another key).Hopefully these locks will solve the aging problem. They come with both a combo and a key option for opening and BEST of all the keys all match, so I only have to have one key as a spare (in case I forget the combo again – I get older every year).Changing the lock combo was easy and the tumblers appear to be pretty smooth (OK… they are brand new) but I have had some new combo locks that had that grainy rough feeling when rotating the rings…. these rotate very smoothly.I would definitely recommend these to others.

Always have the key on you
Always have the key on you. My combination lock worked hardly 10 times.Yes, the lock looks cute, kind of easy to set up the combination, but proved nothing like dependable. Here I was in gym changing room, wrapped in gym towel, trying to open my locker with combination. Luckily I had the key with me.So, if you know a dependable brand please let me know. I was not lucky with this item.

Very cool product. The ability to use either the key or combination is handy. And there’s a way to reset in case you mess up you combination like I did. Great customer service too. They responded within 12 hours and helped me recover my lock that got stuck.
