Feels good on my heck
Shiatsu Neck and Shoulder Massager with Heat. I’ve only had this a little more than a week, but I do like it. It has a curve on one side of it, so it’s more comfortable to place on my shoulders than another one that I have, which I like a lot. You can have the heat on or off. I really don’t notice much for the heat though. I can feel that it’s warm, but doesn’t feel really warm or hot. Also while I was just messing with it, the light of the heat would kind of blink on and off. Thinking it may just be because there is a spot where you can remove the cord and plug it back in, so may be just moving it around was affecting the connection. It would stay lit though once I quite messing with it. As far as the massaging, it feels really good. We are all different sizes, so you will have to find the right position of where it will work the best for you. It is bulky, I don’t see how anyone would be able to lay down and relax or fall alseep, but when your neck and shoulders are really hurting and if you don’t live with someone that will give you a massage, this is great.

Works, but with drawbacks
There are positives and negatives to this product:Pros:- strong-enough motor to get into deep tissue areasNegatives:- SQUEAKS! This device squeaks as you use it, especially if you position it anything but horizontally to get to areas other than right between your shoulders.- awkward shape- the controls are on an area that isn’t super easy to access while you’re using it.- the cord is only attachable to the bottom left tether and that is inconvenient if your plug is to your right. The cord is also not very long.- the device is supposed to offer a heat therapy option which doesn’t really work.Overall, I recommend the small shiatsu shoulder massagers that don’t include the arm straps and just have a controller attached to the cord.
