Great pants, great fit, great value. ADHD rant included.
Purchased for missionary son (serving in the Dominican Republic for 2 years for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints). These fit well and are a great value. I can’t really see much difference between these and golf pants that are over $100. I have read the reviews that say they are great for humid, hot weather. My son wanted the fancy golf pants, and I told him he was welcome to buy some if he wished. We ended up getting these in three colors. They look good. And even though no one will read this, how about I rant a little bit. I am a real “Mormon” housewife of Salt Lake City. Mormon is a nickname for a member of my church, which has ALWAYS been called the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. The nickname was given to us because of our belief in the Book of Mormon (a book of scripture we use along with the Bible, that includes the writings of ancient prophets in the Americas that testified of Christ and recorded their important histories, that provide much guidance and relevance to the modern world). Anyway, I have never watched the show, but I have heard about it, and the women on the show do not in any way represent women who are members of the Church of Jesus Christ, I guess you probably already knew that it is all staged ridiculousness. But let me tell you a little bit about how to identify a “Real Mormon Housewife”… She could work outside the home, or she could work at home (I’d say many work, but many take a break from paid work to raise their children… the most rewarding, but most difficult job in the world… no financial compensation, just building a treasure in heaven). She is most likely kind, and not catty. She is most likely involved in more than one kind of service (for example, community service, temple service, service ministering to the needs of people in her neighborhood or church congregation, PTA, etc.). She is trying to be like Jesus, even if she has a way to go (like we all do). She is committed to live Jesus’ gospel, obey his commandments, share her gifts and talents to make the world a better place, and to have sexual relationships with no one in the world, except her husband (and her husband is committed to these same values) Sidenote, I have a wonderful, faithful husband. We have struggles like everyone, but we are hanging in there, and pressing through hard times has been well worth it. Well, who knows why I would even want to explain all this here. There would be no way I could ever explain how amazing a real “Mormon” housewife is, I only know that I know a bunch of them between 20 and 90. They are the best people I know. They love me and have my back. They are beautiful inside and out. They are compassionate, intelligent, but more than anything, followers in word and deed or our Savior, Jesus Christ. If I was on that show, I would really upset the apple card!

Finding well-fitting pants can be a challenge, but these Amazon Essentials Classic-Fit pants in 36W x 30L are a perfect fit for my 5′ 9″ frame. They are comfortable for all-day wear and look smart enough for business casual settings. I appreciate how easy they are to care for – just machine wash. While I did experience some minor shedding of fibers after the first wash, the overall quality and unbeatable value far outweigh this small detail. Very satisfied with these pants and will definitely be stocking up!

if pockets are important to you, you’ll likely be disappointed by these. Also, the way they fit me, the pockets are partially exposed just moving about. otherwise, they fit okay and the material is okay. made well enough. I think it’s just design flaws. probably just me. lol!

Fits My Tween Son
These are quality pants. Previously I purchased pants in the children’s category in size 14 or 16. One ripped with normal movement when my son was getting into a SUV, which speaks to the quality. The pants look nice and he says they are comfortable. I purchased 28×30, and 30×30 to see which fits better. He is 5’4 with a slim build. Once you know your son’s waist measurement and height, this is a good alternative to shopping in the children’s/boys category.

I bought these for a family member to wear to a dress-up event. They are true-to-size, and look very nice. They fit him well, and he liked how they looked. They also laundered really well. I cannot say how long they would last with daily wear, because he rarely needs to wear dress pants, but they seem to be made of good quality fabric, and are well designed and assembled. He also liked the hidden stretch in the waist band, which made them fit well, but also not too snug. He found them comfortable, even after wearing them for several hours.
