I’m petite so was looking for a neck and shoulder massager that was able to fit my small frame but also good for other areas. I was able to try a few from other coworkers and settled on this unit. It’s made well, easy to use, and works so well. I use it almost everyday.

Terrible. Just stopped working.
Terrible. It stopped working after 6 mos. And I don’t even use it a lot. It just stops working in the middle of the massage which will last 2 minutes and it shuts off. There is also plasticky noise inside when it turns. Horrific product.

Disappointed
This worked great at first. Now, it makes a clicky noise and only works in one massaging direction. It’s been under a year (10 months) and no longer working properly. Very disappointing as I sit at a desk all day and needed it for my neck tension and pain at least once a week.

Very disappointed in this product. When I first received it, it worked well. It is extremely cumbersome and heavy but mostly did the job for which it was intended. However after not using it for a couple of months it refused to hold a charge. I understand that after disuse it would need recharging, but it took *hours*. Then after 15 minutes of use, the very next night it was dead. To say I am disappointed and upset about this is putting it mildly.UPDATE: After I posted the above review, the seller reached out to me and offered a full refund. I feel this was an unprecedented gesture of good will and appreciate it. So while the item is still one star, their customer service and good will earns a 5⭐️s.

Good overall ‘deep tissue’ massager for the money.
This is a pretty nice massager. It has good movement, and hits main pressure points in the neck and shoulders. It goes forward and backwards, and has heat. It’s reasonably priced. While I would say it’s a more of a “deep tissue” massager, it’s not uncomfortable. It’s a good unit for those who like a stronger “hand” movement. The 4 buttons on the side are flush and small. It’s rechargeable so no cords to get tangled. It looks good too. Probably the only real detractor is the units weight, sitting on your neck, but it’s not so heavy that it’s uncomfortable just noticeable.

Relieves neck and shoulder pain
Great pressure. Love that it is hands free so I can use it while I do other things. Does a great job of massaging my lower neck and traps. I struggle with neck pain that radiates into my shoulder and causes headaches; just 10 mins with this and the pain is relieved. Feels just like someone massaging you neck. I am able to get a few uses out of it before it needs to be recharged. My only gripe is that you can’t use it while it is charging.

The product looks appealing, love the color! It’s easy to charge and feels wonderful. I used it on my back/ shoulders, and my quads/legs after a heavy lift day…etc. It can be very versatile. Get it!
