I absolutely love my Arboleaf Heated Neck Pillow. It’s very well made and comes beautifully packaged in a turquoise box — it would make such a thoughtful gift. The fabric feels buttery soft and so luxurious against the skin, and the memory foam provides just the right balance of softness and support.It’s incredibly comfortable to wear while watching TV on my high-back couch, and it gives great neck support if I happen to doze off. Fall asleep on the go!
I’m an arboleaf power user at this point. I started with a simple scale but their innovative products all connected to one app got me interested. The pillow is light, soft, and cozy. I believe the material is a memory foam but it’s also fairly airy like what I expect when thinking clouds. The heat is especially great in the winter and is overall a nice to have, but just the pillow alone is comfortable. While there are obviously cheaper alternatives, the comfort of the memory foam alongside the ability to heat is fantastic.

Easy, Adjustable Heat Zones and Warmth Settings
Ease of Use: Very easy! The charging process was quick and intuitive, as the flashing red icon ensured charging was underway. The green lit icon then easily confirmed full charge. The neck cushion is very well made, doesn’t smell, is wonderfully shaped to the contour of the neck, and the center cord allows it to hug into place. It took me a few times to figure out that the center logo button holding the cord was a helpful release button to allow easy on and off placement for future uses. I read the quick and well-written instructions to learn power and heat intensity settings, and pre-established my chosen setting before putting on the neck pillow. The highest setting was a bit too warm (but not intense), so I pressed the side buttons to adjust to the lower heat setting, which was nicely validated by the beep. I also appreciated the 15-minute auto off capability built into the device, in case of dozing off. The bag for holding the pillow (and keeping instructions and power cord for easy future use) is nicely made, however it should be about 2” wider to fully accommodate the size of the pillow (even when compressed and rolled). A very well made and useful device!Favorite Feature: I greatly appreciated the two levels of heat available, as well as the ability to choose varying, or all zones of heat. The toned beep made changing these selections very easy while keeping the neck pillow on.
