This is no different from the Aloe you can buy in the big jugs for cheaper. Don’t waste your money.

I really enjoy using the After-Sun Skin Repair Lotion. The texture feels like a perfect cross between a lotion and a serum: light, smooth, and very soothing on the skin. You can tell there’s a high concentration of aloe vera just by the feel of it, and it works beautifully after sun exposure. The added ingredients like glycerin and olive oil give it that extra moisturizing boost and help it glide on effortlessly without any greasy residue.The formula is very natural and gentle, which I appreciate – no overwhelming scent, no irritation, just a cooling, hydrating finish. It’s definitely a high-quality product that feels great on the skin.Even my husband, who is anti-lotion (doesn’t like anything on his skin) was able to tolerate it and it really helped his sunburn (he’s anti sunblock too) tan-out without peeling.My only knock is the value. The 2 oz tube goes quickly, and it’s a bit pricey per ounce. Still, the quality is there, and sometimes it’s worth treating your skin to something this good. Overall, five stars for performance, four stars for value.

Didn’t work for me
Very thin fluid that spreads easily when applied. Absorbs evenly into skin but remains tacky well after application.You will find yourself washing your hands after applying. I used on my scalp and it remained tacky for a considerable amount of time. Comes out quickly since it is not a thick lotion so be careful. This is a highly fragrant lotion that smells somewhat soapy and irritates the eyes. Do not put near your eyes. Many times the face is where a post sun lotion comes in handy but with this lotion I cannot use on face near eyes. Very small amount for the price so I would not consider this a good value. Contains several ingredients that are considered “icky” – Fragrance, Ascorbyl Palmitate, Ethyl Alcohol. No thank you, I plan to stick with straight aloe gel for a post sun remedy.

The product itself seems good. However, it’s a very tiny tube which is crazy given the cost. Besides that, it’s a great after sun care lotion that goes on well but remains slightly tacky which I also didn’t care for. The smell is great and it is very moisturizing but between the cost and the slight stickiness, I can find better.
