Good simple machine
Got it for office, made literally hundreds of coffees works perfectly fine.Make sure you put in just the amount of water you need for one cup because it’s not stopping by itself, if you push the button and leave it will drain all the water.

Unreliable and Inconsistent
I really wanted to love this machine. It looks so aesthetic and matched my kitchem theme perfectly. Unfortunately, I had to return it because it was unreliable and inconsistent. It would randomly stop working mid brew, the coffee would taste terrible (using same kcup I previously used with keurig) like burnt. When it did brew, it would splatter everywhere even when I raised the base which felt flimsy. If I opened it to make a second cup the part in the middle would spew out pressured air/water startling me and making a mess. I don’t recommend, I’m going back to a keurig.

Great coffee maker! I am literally saving $$$ for not having to buy coffee everyday–sometimes even twice a day. I always look forward to brewing a cup of coffee. This machine is value for my money and the ease of use has been great. I take pride in caring for my things and make sure to keep this item for a while. Great color too as it compliments my kitchen.

I had a terrible experience with this product.
This product was great for about 6 months, then it turned off in the middle of the brewing process, made very loud noises, spewed water. I contacted the company ant told them what was happening and sent a video. They told me to cut the cord and send them a picture, which I did. They told me they’d refund my money…….that was on March 7, 2025. I’ve contacted the company twice and nothing!! Needless to say I’ll NEVER purchase another Bella product! Extremely disappointing!

Reliable
Nice little single serve. Reliable. Makes a nice cup of coffee. I’m only coffee drinker so no waste I pop a pod in and takes maybe two minutes to brew.Negatives: the lid is large so it’s hard to pour water in the tank because you have to pull out the machine from under the cabinets.The space for the coffee cup is awkward. I use a cup. I would not trust the adjustable cup tray to stay in place. I use a coffee cup so coffee splatters onto the makers sides when cup is Imin low position. If a tall cup or thermos is used it’s just fine. That’s the worst.I would definitely buy this again. It’s reliably worked everyday now for a year. Super easy and makes a nice cup of coffee. Simple to use. And great color I got tan.

So much potential to be a great machine.
I love the fact that this coffee maker uses both K-Cups and ground coffee. It’s compact, easy to use and cute. While it does the job and makes me the cup of coffee I need, the process is a little messy. More times than not, during the brewing process, the grounds “explodes” inside leaving coffee grounds everywhere inside the machine; along the edges, inside the water reserve, the lid (if you aren’t using the ground coffee attachment, the lid of the K-Cup attachment…I mean EVERYWHERE. I am constantly having to clean out coffee grounds from the machine. It also frequently turns off mid-brew or seconds after it starts. At first I thought it was the electric plug that was doing that but soon realized from other reviews here that it’s not. It’s economical enough that I will put up with cleaning up but this shouldn’t be happening.

Great Coffee Maker!
I love this thing. A single cup coffee maker is all that is needed in my household but I struggle with Keurig. I do not like using K cups and the accessory filter basket for using your own grounds is frustrating and poor in design. I tried a Hamilton Beach Scoop single cup maker and it did the basic job but the taste of the coffee had no depth, likely from the shallow, flat filter for the grounds that also did not hold enough for my preference of strong, bold coffee.I went on a search for a better single cup maker that had a convenient filter for using your own grounds and would also produce a satisfying, cup of coffee. There are limited consumer options in that market. I decided to take a chance on this one and I am so pleased with it!There are two filters, one for K cups and one for your own grounds. They are easily swapped out and easy to empty and clean. It takes up very little space on the counter and doesn’t look weird. I like that I can use a regular mug or travel one with the height adjustment on the tray and no splash out onto the counter so far when it’s brewing.Most importantly, I can put ample, fresh grounds of my choosing in the filter basket to get a delicious, bold and hot cup of coffee!!! I am a purist with coffee and want plain black coffee with depth of flavor and nothing added but I am picky about taste and strength. I am really enjoying this coffee maker and recommend it.

Machine did not last long
Nice product but did not last long. I had this product less than a year and it began failing to make coffee. It was so disappointing of the faulty machine but it was a great idea.

Works well. Love that you can move the tray for smaller cups. Only one cup per time for a fill. Didn’t realize and coffee everywhere. Lol. All my cups are different sizes 😅😅

We really liked the compact size of coffee maker but unfortunately had to return it as it wasn’t working properly. The vendor was quick to respond on the return however and we got our refund right away. I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from this vendor again in the future.
