If the sound is too low during use, please adjust it using the following methods:
A: After you pair the Headset with your phone.
First, If your phone is IOS SYSTEM, Please Click the Headset “+” button Once.
Second, If your phone is Android SYSTEM, Please Firstly Click Headset “+” button Once and then Increase the Volume through Your phone.
Because the system protocols of iPhone and Android are different, the control procedures are also different.
Q:We can’t pair the headset with the device,how to solve it?
Reset the Headset to factory setting
A: Forget the original “D2” Bluetooth model of all devices and turn off
the Bluetooth of your device.
B: Turn off the headset. If the Headset is not turned off, press and hold the Headset Main button for 5 seconds to turn them off. The Headset indicator lights will flash red light three times.
C:Then press and hold the Headset main button for 10 seconds and release the button when Headset flashes blue light for the second time.
D: You will notice the headset flashing red and blue light.
E:Turn on the Bluetooth of your device. Search and click on the model
“D2”, then the Headset is successfully connected..
Please note that some devices can only connect to two Bluetooth devices at a time, while others may support three. If you’re unable to pair, please disconnect any other devices currently connected to your phone before attempting to pair.

People can finally hear me!!!
I have purchased so many expensive, stereo headsets only to have people complain about not being able to hear me. Mind you, I could hear them and music fine. I also realized I was only wearing one ear at a time so I could hear everything around me at the same time. And I kept losing a single earbud whenever I put on a face mask. Why did you pick this product vs others?:I like using this style ear piece for making phone calls. This one is so good I bought a second just in case something happened to the first one and they weren’t available any longer. This is the best one I ever tried. I bought it for work phone, I work in a supply store that receives phone calls all day, I can listen to music or podcasts on my cell phone and if a call comes in on the land line it switches to the land line without me having to do anything. I answer the call by simply pressing the button and when the call is complete it goes back to what I was listening to on my cell phone. Great product! It is comfortable, comes with 3 different ear pieces and the battery lasts all day. I told coworkers about this product and 2 of them bought it as well. Highly recommended.

Seven months in and it is OK at best
It has been seven months since I purchased this product. First, it is very comfortable. The sound quality is moderate, sometimes not loud enough to hear the other person while driving. The fit is good and never had an issue of it falling out. There were two major issues. First, I have it connected to two devices, an iPhone and a Samsung. The iPhone would automatically connect up 90% of the time. The Samsung would not. The problem is that it would audibly say “Connected, Disconnected” Over and over and over again until you went into the settings of the Samsung and manually connected it, even if I am on a call on the iPhone and I walked away from the Samsung. This is very annoying and inconvenient. The second issue is that like many other headsets, the Bluetooth and the charging case must line up absolutely perfect. Many, many times, I would have the Bluetooth in the charger overnight only to wake up to a dead headset. It is at the point where I have to work for a bit to even get it to make contact. The battery life is around seven hours of talk time. For the money, it is OK, but I would not purchase this device again.
