Quality item, well-made.
Tbis is a nice, large umbrella. Seems well made. It is a little heavier than other umbrellas I’ve had, but I figure that’s because it’s also larger. I got the 54″, to have a wider cover when open. The larger size protects me from the rain better than smaller arc umbrellas. It’s easy to open, but closing it for me is somewhat difficult. Once the button is pushed to close it, it pops closed very well. But my trouble comes with pushing the folded canopy back down into the locked position. That is very hard to do, and I always have to put the handle against my leg or belly, and then really push the canopy part in to lock it closed. But so far, that is my only issue with it. The color is pretty, it fits into my backpack side pocket, and protects from the rain very well. I have not used ut in extremely heavy winds, but it has held up in the winds it has experienced so far. I just angle it into the wind and not against it, whenever possible. Overall, I do recommend this umbrella. Just be aware that it may be hard to close when you’re finished using it.

Truly sturdy in harsh winds
I have used this umbrella for a while now and in very harsh weather. It holds up. It is compact for the canopy size and well made. I will say that such a large canopy does pick up wind more than the smaller ones, however even when it does turn the umbrella out it does not break the umbrella and its very easy to turn it right side again. The only hassle is after you close the canopy it can take a little strength to get the folded umbrella to compress back to the handle but that’s a sign of how well tightened the springs are. I do recommend this! I

Smelly but nice
Very nice size. A little flimsy. The one less star because of the fishy smell it has. When you buy it take it out in the rain right away to help wash the smell off.

Rainy week, so I got to try it out immediately. It is heavier than I anticipated, but evidence of its good construction and materials. I bought the 54″ in light blue.I read the instructions, tried the automatic open and close function in the house first.Practiced compacting it, before heading out into the downpour.It was raining so hard, I was overanxious to raise the umbrella, so I must have pressed the raise/lower button twice. It collapsed almost as soon as I raised it! Didn’t realize my mistake until I got to the car, thinking it was faulty perhaps. Nope. My fault.Unless you fully compact it after lowering it, (as illustrated in the instructions) the umbrella will not reopen.Now that I understand that function, I am happy with it. It’s very sturdy, worth the money. Still a bit heavy for me, but I like it anyway. I think it will be durable and last me a long time as long as I don’t lose it, lol

Looked Great… Until Actual Weather Happened
This umbrella arrived nice and compact — very promising. However, once you actually use it for its intended purpose (yes, getting wet), it suddenly becomes impossible to fold back to its original size. So instead of a sleek travel umbrella, it transforms into a bulky, soggy awkward object that you just end up carrying like emotional baggage.I figured, fine, I’ll only use it during heavy rain a few times a year.That plan lasted… maybe 5–10 uses.Then a gust of wind came.Not a storm.Not a typhoon.Just regular weather living its life.And the umbrella said:“I’m out.”The frame bent, the ribs twisted, and now it looks like it got into a fight with the weather and the weather clearly won (see photos for evidence of the umbrella’s surrender).So yes — it starts compact, and ends as a dramatic sculpture of regret.I cannot recommend this umbrella to anyone… unless your rain comes with zero wind and zero folding.

High Quality but Slightly Heavy
It’s really nice! It completely covers me and my backpack which is useful for getting to class across my campus. It fold up quickly and opens again without any issues. It does fold up to be pretty small, but it definitely weighs a noticeable amount in my backpack on non raining days lol

Bello grande quando aperto, offre una copertura davvero efficace quando piove sul serio — e in certi giorni serve eccome.La cosa migliore è che, nonostante le dimensioni, da chiuso è molto compatto. Si ripiega due volte e riesco a infilarlo comodamente nello zaino (per me che viaggio in treno è fondamentale).Robusto, pratico e affidabile.Consigliato.

for folding umbrella this is huge but NOT STURDY in same time and feels unstable – it will be unpleasant in wind – definitely not ok for women. Is very heavy and big when is folded as well. Will return this one – not worth the price.
