Easy to use
This bar is so easy to use and really makes you feel like you got a work out with out having to make it fit you.

Great piece of equipment but difficult to disassemble
I love this product. I was hesitant to buy because I can usually mimic reformer movements with long therabands ,but was surprised at how much more effective and easy the movements are with this product. I was able to access muscle firing patterns in the abdominals that are new compared to other equipment.Easy assembly, however very difficult to disassemble for travel. Have not been able to get the release buttons to activate to disassemble for travel to patients.

Simple to use
This worked well and an inexpensive addition to add Pilates to your mix. The size was great and came apart and adjusts to put in carry on for travel. I bought a set of Pilates cards to give me some structure, variety and moves so I don’t get bored and can get a lot of extra choices to use this bar more. I really like this bar.

This bar is a great workout tool!
Wasn’t expecting much but boy was I surprised! This is such a versatile workout tool, and I am enjoying figuring out ways to use it. YouTube is full of videos, (the sheet that came with the bar was only a few exercises), and it seems to be well made. Even my daughter who does Pilates on a reformer was impressed with this bar!

This product had some not so great reviews… but I like the brand, so I took a chance. I received it yesterday and did a workout… it was great! I had previously bought a different brand (& more expensive) pilates bar. However I did not like how it was made. Also, I am 5’2 so this fit SO much better for a shorter person! I can see how the plastic ends could fall off, however, if they do I plan on super gluing them back on to stay permanently. I hope this is a long lasting product. I definitely felt the post-workout pain in my muscles. If you are considering it, I would say, yes.

Difficult to gift, but like the product
I’ve purchased two of these. I ordered the first as a gift but it was delivered in the original box without an outer box, and arrived in terrible condition. It looked like it had been returned once but the contents were good, other than someIndentations on the foam. I kept this one for myself and ordered another hoping the box would be more giftable, but it arrived in worse shape, and there were also indentations on the foam. I ended up taking it out of the box to put in a gift bag. As for the bar, I like this one because of the clips that enable it to be simply rolled for more tension. It’s simpler than changing out cords. And I like the material of the cords. I also like that it’s held together in the middle by the buttons versus screw together, which tends to unwind itself in my experience. It’s also wide enough I can secure it behind single bed frame legs for more versatility. I’ve found myself in much less pain after using this just a few days for strengthening. I paired with the Flexies Pilates bar exercise cards.

A perfect simple but dynamic fitness training apparatus
I trained a s a dancer many years ago and Pilates played an important role in our fitness regime. Years have passed and i could not possibly afford the pilates work bench and then i ran across the bar and i was totally blown. I have tested it out and i am not disappointed i am looking fwd to seeing my results in the coming weeks.

Sin duda es un aparato versátil y útil para ejercitarse en casa. La calidad del producto es bastante buena, en especial las ligas de resistencia ya que no son las típicas de plástico estas son distintas y por ello se ven duraderas. La guia que incluye con ejercicios es bastante básica, recomiendo buscar videos en youtube.

I bought this bar to help widen my variety of home workouts and I am really pleased with this purchase. The product arrived in good condition and was easy to put together. I would not recommend the Gaiam app as it is only a 7-day free trial and paid subscription after that – I have just been following workouts posted to Youtube. I do have the occasional issue where the plastic caps on the end of the tube that keep the resistance bands in place pop off but that usually only happens if I am standing on the bar and holding the ankle straps and I give it a pass as I’m not sure the bar is intended for that use. Overall a solid purchase.
