Love it !
First time I’ve had one of these and I loved it for my beach vacation in Aug. I personally don’t need a regular big thick beach towel with me. I don’t go very far into the ocean and so you dry off pretty quick anyway when you’re not soaked, so this is light and thin, but surprisingly pleased how it absorbed very well. It has its own little plastic pouch, but that did rip on the second day, but it’s definitely not a reason to not buy it. I used it everyday on the beach for a week and after the 3rd day I washed and dryed it in the beach house washer and dryer and it came out exactly like it was brand new. Personally, I wasn’t counting on the plastic tote lasting, but first impression is the tote with a little handle is cute. I may have just been too rough. It served as a lightweight little blanket for the late afternoon time on the beach when you just need a little something, but using a big beach towel would be too thick and hot. It’s cute too. Great colors and I may buy another one in a different color to have 2 with me next summer. They free up space carrying to and from the beach. Would make a really great gift for a beach goer who has everything!

Generous size and fast drying
Towels are a thin and take getting used to if you have always used heavy cotton beach towels. I bought them for visiting relatives/friends for the pool and was tired of lugging heavy wet towels to the washing machine. They absorb water and dry quickly and can be used as a sarong or cover up around the pool or beach. Added bonus- bright colors and very generous size.

Soft, cute, packable, DO NOT absorb water
These do not absorb water. They are super cute and light weight. Quality is nice. They are soft. Very packable. These might be better for a beach with sand you don’t want trapped in your towel because of the light weight, but they are no good for drying.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I don’t recommend this product. I purchased it to use as bath towels. It’s a large towel, but extremely thin and becomes completely soaked in a matter of seconds. You will still be wet after using this towel. It also does not dry as quickly as the claims I’ve seen. For a towel that is meant to dry you when wet, it fails miserably. I love the design and I’m sure it looks nice when wrapped in all the configurations they show.

I hadn’t seen Turkish towels before I bought these, so my expectations may have been off. That said, I find that they are thin (like my tea towels), and, when I tested drying a plate with one of these towels, just to see how absorbent it was, it wasn’t fabulous. The stripe print, too, is only on one side of the towel, so it’s not as good looking as it could have been. That said, I do really like the size and the look of them. I definitely won’t return them, but if I had known what they were like, I wouldn’t have spent that much money on them. They did arrive within the promised time frame.
