Read the instructions before using the massager.
I love this massager! It works very well. Just follow the instructions and WET SLIGHTLY the back of your neck BEFORE you put the massager on. It’s not supposed to stick to the skin like a glue, but rather transmit the electrical impulses through your skin to the muscles and tissues to relieve the pain and help with inflammation. You can use the remote and turn the heat option off / on, also adjust the intensity level of the massage, and chose the massage options as well.For the beginners I’d recommend to use levels 1 or 2 for a few days starting this therapy. There is also the built in timer that allows you to use the massager for 15 minutes, and then it automatically shuts off.The remote is a nice bonus, the battery life is good, it comes with a charger cord – but any C-charger ( iPhone) will work with that, if you already have it at home or in your car. The price is great too, compared to the similar models on Amazon. I didn’t use the gel packet that came with the massager, because a bit of water on the neck works very well without extra grease. The “heat” option wasn’t necessary for me either, as the massager warms its inner metal parts with the heat of your own body, but for some users the heat could be fine. Just make sure it doesn’t get too hot, or simply try a 15 minute session without it to test how the massager works. Also it’s small and portable, which is a plus. It may not work on very chubby or wide necks, the fit might be too tight, but skinny to moderate neck sizes are OK, so consider that.
