Cheap, light, pushes air, and no frills.
This does not include longevity, since I’ve only had it a few days. So far, great little device. I’ve been through a good 10 different personal fans in the last few years trying to find a solid one that hits all my criteria. Cheap, pushes decent air, doesn’t sound like jet engine, has a decent run time, and is light. It hits all of these. Price was right, it has 5 settings to push air, with the first setting weak, but still usable. Setting 3 seems the best, and 5 does a great job while still managing to not sound like a vacuum cleaner. Runtime is fine, I haven’t killed the battery yet, but I honestly don’t need it to run 24 hours a charge, since I only use it a few hours at a time, which it excels at. It’s also lighter than other fans due to the smaller battery. This makes it perfect for angling the fan head at your face and putting the battery portion down your shirt without using the lanyard. I like to wedge it between my shirt collar and chest, putting the fan a few inches from my face. I turn it on, put in on my collar, and I can take care of lawns without even thinking about it, while having a constant small breeze. It doesn’t get in the way at all, and it’s so small it’s not completely obvious your have a fan strapped inches from your face, nor does it stretch out your collar if you don’t use the lanyard like me.It comes with a stand that’s pretty handy. I just have it charging at my computer, so I can set the fan up just behind the keyboard with it not taking up much room while it charges and gives me a nice constant breeze as well.We’ll see how long it will last, but right now it’s my new favorite fan for keeping me from dying in the heat while mowing trimming, edging, and blowing. The perfect combination for my needs. The build quality is not the highest standard, so I’m not too confident in that, but it’s cheap so I’m not expecting too much. However build quality definitely doesn’t matter much in the personal fan space, as I’ve had much more higher quality fans die on me too.All in all, I’d say it’s the best fan I’ve found for all my needs. Super basic, but that’s all you need with these fans.

Great portable fan with different speeds.
Its a great and cute fan. For me, just a little to heavy to have hanging around my neck. But the quality is great! I love the different speeds. When its too hot, pull it out and turn it on, and it works great. Thank you for my Koonie portable fan.

This fan is nice and convenient to use. I recently had a power outage due to a storm and it helped me whenever the time got too hot. It has five speed levels, it’s not heavy and it cools alright. It’s small enough to fit in a handbag/book bag but probably too big for a purse depending on its size. It also comes with a stand so you don’t have to hold it up, you can just put it in the stand and the rest is history, very comfortable

Excellent (7.4-inch version only), quiet little fan for keeping electronics cool
I bought (with my own money) the 7.4-inch battery-powered fan for one purpose: to keep my external NVMe SSD cool. I have a Lexar NM790 NVMe placed on a AMZPilot 40Gbps dock stand, and the combination runs hot as is normal with NVMe drives. So I place this little fan a few inches from the NVMe and set it to speed level 2, and it helps keep the NVMe cool. I love how the fan has 5 speed settings, runs off rechargeable battery (charged via USB-C), and has an display that shows motor level and also battery in percentage. Very nice product! And it’s one of the quietest personal fans I’ve bought.Tip: The manual doesn’t mention this, but you can turn off the fan quickly by simply pressing and holding the button for a couple of seconds. Or you can cycle through the 5 fan speeds until it turns off. Gotta love the Chinese engineers who built this cool little fan with this Easter Egg, hohoho!UPDATE (5/30/2025): I also bought and received the smaller 5-inch version and it’s REALLY noisy! Even at level 1, there’s a annoying mechanical whirring sound, so the smaller 5-inch version is best suited for outdoor use. I’d give the 5-inch version 2 stars, but the larger 7.4-inch version is still an excellent choice for a personal fan.

Considering the price I think it’s okay. It has five different fan speeds so you can get exactly as much air as you want, and it’s really silent on all of the speeds (even more silent in person than in the video). It also features USB-C charging which is a nice and modern bonus. I actually also like the design of the fan, I choose the white variant and it looks very premium with the white and golden details. The display is also very clear and high resolution, and it’s switches between showing the fan speed and the current battery percentage which is great.My main complaint is about the included lanyard that doesn’t help keep the fan pointed upwards when walking, so don’t expect to use this fan hands-free because the fan will always tilt horizontally and stop blowing towards your face when using the lanyard around your neck. Also, included with the fan was a small golden plastic back that contained a white small circle (donut-shaped) that smells HORRIBLE! What’s the purpose of this white circle? The instruction manual doesn’t mention anything about it. My eyes got really irritated after smelling the white circle, so I wonder what its purpose is.
