Great locks
Thes locks work wonderfully! They are easy to see and use. They work perfectly for weapon cases. TSA approved so they will be just right for travel. They are easy to change the combination. I highly recommend these.

Sturdy, easy to use and right size for my Toughbuilt rolling toolbox
Worked perfectly for checking my Toughbuilt toolbox through two 2-hop flights. Apparently TSA opened and inspected my tools then relocked the toolbox with no problems. Only 3 stars for TSA – nothing missing or broken, but little care for the tools they threw back in the toolbox. Back to the locks – they were sturdy, easy to use, easy to set the combination, and a perfect fit for the toolbox.

Just what I needed
I occasionally fly with a hard pack out toolbox for work. I’d like to keep my tools. This allows me to lock the case without the TSA cutting off my lock. It was easy to set the code and has given me some peace of mind. I do wish the actual locking piece was about half the size, but of the locks I looked at these seemed the best overall for the price (which, of course, is why I bought them).

Easily sets your preferred combination and is sturdy. I’ve been using it on my toolbox when I leave it at a monitored construction site. I’d definitely trust it with luggage. No complaints

Spend the extra few bucks!!
Exactly what I was needing to secure a gun case for travel. Thick shackles, but they fit through the hasps on my Apache long-gun case. Much more confident in these than the others I bought (and returned). I think I could easily twist off the shackled ones with a pair of pliers, or cut off the cables on another model with a pair of fingernail clippers.

Easy to use but not the strongest.
I bought these to travel with some tools in a pelican case. They were easy to encode, but when one of the locks got twisted while sitting open, they got jammed and would not lock again. I would have expected a but more sturdiness for a master lock.

This work perfectly well for my needs. I’ve never had issue with them while traveling. Codes are easy to dial in and the build quality seems very good, especially at this price point.

I brought this lock because master locks are supposed to be good quality there is a little pin on the of the shackle and while I was doing what the instructions said to do the little pin snapped of so the lock is now rubbish and that’s where it went in the bin it’s not worth sending back the postage will be more than the lockKen
