A great product
This is a very good shoulder massager. I have been using it for a while. I feel that it is light and easy to operate. The speed can also be adjusted. It can quickly provide relief. Because I am a driver, every time I get home from get off work, my shoulders feel inexplicably sore. After using this massager for a few minutes, the whole person suddenly felt a lot more relaxed. Great product for work at home.
Wish it had a pressure adjuster it’s really strong feels good but some what painful need to make sure you wearing a shirt or put a towel between the machine and your skin or you get rub burn. But regardless I love it and it work real well on calf muscles too.

Stopped working after 2 weeks :/
It worked very well for about 2 weeks – then I tried turning it on one day and it powered on but the kneading part doesn’t work 🙁

OMGOSH…You know that spot on your lower back between your spine and hip. You know the knot. Well, I put this on that spot and IT WAS LIKE EATING A CHIP/NUTS you can’t just do it once when it goes off. It feels soooo good. IT WAS A DEEP MESSAGE, I just put it where I wanted it and leaned on it. So easy. Then I put it on other spots like the one between the shoulder blade and spine (the ligament) ohhhhh MG. OK YOU ASK WHY THE 3….Because the buttons, BUT I WILL PUT UP WITH IT BECAUSE THIS WAS THE BEST MESSAGE I EVER HAD. DAY2…I thought I would be sore but I got up and walked WITHOUT PAIN. you know that nerve that makes you grab your back. YEP it was GONE…I am so HAPPY.

AMAZING
I have the standard neck and shoulder shiatsu massagers with the heavy straps that come down and you put your hands in-and can adjust the pressure of the massage. This unit is super light weight. I like that fact that it is hands free because it clips behind your back- if you are a tall person I think it would work better than the arm straps. It is a usb charge which I did not realize until I received the unit. This could be a pro or con. When unit is charged you do not have to worry about a chord that disconnects.
