Great support no flop here
So nice the way it keeps head from flopping around if you fall asleep sitting up. Comes with a carry bag and draw string, makes easy to take on trips when you don’t want to put in suitcase. I have a short neck so sometimes I felt it overwhelmed me but over all very good product

Great neck pillow also for your chin!
I purchased only one at first to test it if it is comfortable or not. And I liked it because of the material not hard and not too soft either. Just the right amount of cushion for the neck. I can adjust it because of the velcro at front. It did not bother my neck against my recliner. This is not too high for the neck. It doesn’t give you stiff neck. My family liked it too! So I ordered another 2 for our upcoming trip outside the US. Well, I rated it only 4 stars because I still have to use it later in the plane for long hours so let’s see if I am fully content and satisfied:-)

Perfect for a long thin neck with hypermobile
I bought 3 different neck pillows. First one was awful the standard donut neck pillow. Not good for thin long neck like mine. Head flops over all the time, I have neck/cranial stability issues. I’m disabled and fall asleep often and causing myself damage so need something to help stabilize my head and neck.This pillow came in 2nd place bc it is a little more firm than the regular memory foam and not soft silky feeling. The Velcro closure is small as well and doesn’t stay closed well.

Not great with large headphones
Not great if you wear headphones. The padding was good but pushed the headphones up on my ears. I liked the support it gave for a 12 hour flight, but didn’t realize that with my headphones it would hard to wear. I ended up just using the earbuds the airlines provided when I had it on and was purposely trying to sleep. Next time I will look for some of the other brands that are made more tapered around the shoulders and ears. These were just too big for me for the way I use them and I will be returning them. It’s a good product otherwise.

Great pillow for more than just your neck
Great pillow! I know most people use it for their neck, but I’ve got nerve damage on my lower back, so I put on in that area and it does an amazing job! It doesn’t really move even when readjusting in your seat.I used on multiple 9 hour flights and cannot be happier to not have crippling back pain.
