I bought these RFID-blocking cards to protect my credit cards from electronic pickpocketing. While I haven’t had any security issues since using them, there’s no clear way to test if they’re actually working—which leaves me cautiously optimistic rather than completely confident.Pros:- Slim & Convenient: Fits easily in any wallet slot without adding bulk.- Affordable Protection: Cheap insurance against potential RFID skimming.- Multi-Pack: Comes with multiple cards, so I can spread them between different wallets.Cons:- No Way to Test Effectiveness: Unlike Faraday bags (which you can test with your car key fob), these can’t be easily verified.- Uncertain Longevity: No indicator when/if the shielding wears out over time.Experience:I’ve carried one in my wallet for months alongside my contactless cards. While I haven’t experienced any unauthorized scans, I also can’t definitively say whether that’s because of the blocker or just luck.
