Great lttle coffee maker!
I should have gotten this sooner. This coffee maker is small in size and doesn’t take up a lot of counter space. The coffee a only takes a few minutes to brew, and it’s hot. I was using a 12 cup coffee maker and kept throwing away alot of coffee, because I always made more than I needed. Now one spoon of coffee and I have a delicious hot cup. If I want more I just make another cup. It is also good that you can use the pods too. Very pleased with my purchase.

With single cup brewers like this one, your coffee is aways fresh.
Coffee temperature is fine … hot enough do that can’t “gulp” it too soon after brewing. What I like about these off-brand coffeemakers (meaning NOT Keurig) is that they have a smaller footprint on your countertop and they brew quicker and quieter than a Keurig. With this class of coffee maker, there is no separate tank to fill that transfers the cold water to the brewing chamber. You fill the water directly into the brewing chamber. So you don’t have to listen to that awful pump transfer the water. I don’t drink a whole pot of coffee at anytime during the day and I don’t like coffee that has sat on a warming plate for a while. I am the only coffee drinker in my house. So a cup-at-a-time brewer is perfect. Every cup is fresh and it only takes a minute … all without that water tranfer pump that sounds like an idling 1960’s Ford 6 cylinder that needs a muffler. Water (brewing) chamber is larger than any cup in my cabinet. This Karosie has a 12 0z water chamber … plenty large. Countertop footprint is MUCH smaller than a Keurig. AND … it takes the aftermarket flip top brewing cups. GREAT value.

Simple but works
This is in no ways fancy, but it absolutely does the trick. We have not had great luck with this type of coffee maker, so we chose a less expensive route. Glad we made this choice

Space saver without compromising quality
We absolutely love this coffee maker! It is perfect to have on your counter and not take up too much space. And, it’s simple to use. We have a regular coffee maker and then this for k-pods, and having this instead of the big K-pod machines is a BIG wonderful difference in counter space, without compromising quality.

Camping vs. indoor
Purchased to use with a generator while camping. Heats up quickly but splatters coffee from the cup. When the cup is removed a replacement cup should go in place to catch further drips; thus, that is why some makers offer a detachable drip tray. Not a big deal while camping but would be an annoyance on a home or trailer counter top. One should measure the size of cup desired to be used because many larger sizes are too tall to fit. I could only use a regular size cup. Finally, the liquid temperature is not as hot as expected when compared to a larger home brew maker. Both the pod and drip dispensers worked well but required careful paper towel cleanup to dry things out. With that said, for camping probably a 4 star rating but only 3 if used indoors. Dispensing hot water for tea and hot chocolate worked well.

Happy with the Small Coffee Maker
Cute little coffee maker. Super fast and made good coffee. The water lasts for 2 cups. I was impressed. And, it’s perfect for a very small apartment with very small counter space.
