Prefer it over my pricey down one
I previously spent over $100 on a name brand down-filled travel pillow that disappointed. I purchased this Nappler because it was slightly larger and the fill could be adjusted to my personal preference. I’ve been using this pillow for several nights now and I’m thrilled with it! I never need to plump it up. It feels soft, yet it’s supportive. I found it easy to pack. Even after it’s compressed, it bounces right back into shape. I purchased a beautiful Hodeco silk pillowcase from Amazon ( Toddler size 14X20) that fits perfectly , wasn’t expensive and gives the pillow a very luxurious feel. No more uncomfortable hotel pillows for me. So HAPPY with my Nappler!Follow up a month later: I was so delighted with my Nappler travel pillow that I decided to purchase 2 King size ones for my bedroom. I’m just as pleased with them, although it took a couple nights experimenting with the foam insert to create my perfect comfort level ( first too firm,, then too soft not plush enough; then, perfect!!

Pain Reliever
Comfortable! I have purchased many pillows that are supposed to relieve neck pain but do not deliver. This pillow is not advertised as a pain reliever but for me it is. It is adjustable for your individual comfort. It is easy to remove some filling if you want it softer or add more if you want it firmer. The company gives you some extra filling with your pillow if you need to make it firmer. There is not much of a “new smell” to it but if you are sensitive put the pillow out in the sun it will fluff the pillow & it will smell fresh. Good quality & reasonable price.

Pretty nice pillow
These pillows are pretty comfortable and have some decent adjustment with the bag of fill. I did toss ours in the dryer as recommended for a few minutes which does seem to get them to puff up a bit. Ours came with two bags of the extra fill, but there was no writing of any kind of the bags. The biggest disappointment was that the bags don’t have even a cheap zipper or even Velcro closure. So you have to cut them open and then there’s no real way to close the bag of loose fill. Annoying. Some of the fill pieces did have some harder sides to them so I’m not sure how these are manufactured. On the positive side we ended up using less than one of the fill bags, at least for now, to adjust the thickness of our pillows. I honestly can’t imagine anyone having to stuff an entire bag of the fill into one of these as I added maybe 1/3 of a bag and it’s pretty full. My wife only added a couple handfuls to hers just to get it a little more thick. So far we both like sleeping with them. I wish they were more of a cooling pillow but it maybe cuts down on heat a tad. It’s hard to really say. At least they don’t seem to get very warm so that’s a plus. For the price I’d buy them again, especially for a set of two, as long as they hold up well over time.***UPDATE*** (11/11/23)So I figured I’d update my review after using these a while. We still like the pillows and haven’t had an issues with them falling apart or anything like that. I mostly wanted to touch on my previews comments about the included additional fillings. While we only used a little at first we have added fill over time. Twice in fact. Between the two pillows we have used one bag of the fill and a little of the second at this point. So it’s definitely nice to have it. I guess some of the fill in the pillows just gets naturally compressed with repeated use. They’re still very full but that’s how we like them. I don’t know if we’ll need to add anymore of the fill or not. It’s still annoying that the extra fill bags have no type of closure whatsoever so we have to keep them in a plastic shopping bag. To be clear the pillows haven’t pancaked or anything. They’re still very thick, but if you purchase them don’t toss the fill away as you may want it later even if they come perfect for you at the start.

Great little pillow!
I prefer a small pillow for nightime sleeping, and this small pillow is perfect for me. It was a bit too full & firm for me at first, but I discovered that a few handfuls of foam chunks could be removed from the insides to get to the perfect comfort level. It has inner & outer zippers, so nothing leaks out. The pillow cover is a nice quality, textured zipper cover, which is very nice. It washes & dries nicely. I can take it anywhere, which is awesome!

This pillow didn’t work for me
Granted I am a super sensitive insomniac, but the pillow was very lumpy with all the pieces inside. I could feel it even with 2 pillow covers and a pillow slip. With the expander gusset open, I ended up with almost no padding under my head by morning. With the gusset closed– with significant difficulty– the pillow was very hard. I ended up with headaches in either option. I may also be slightly allergic to the memory foam. This is the 5th pillow I have tried. I returned it. I’m still searching for a good soft hypoallergenic pillow. This pillow might be good for others, but it was not good for me. 3 stars is a generous rating from my perspective.

Very comfortable and compact
I can’t believe how great this pillow is! It feels like my favorite feather pillow. I can bunch it up to support my neck, or squish it. Last time I traveled, the pillows were those huge fluffy thins with no support! I bought this for plane trips, but it’s small enough that I’ve decided to pack it on any trip. It’s also easy to get into its protective cover!Love it!
