Quality product – even more important, very responsive family-owned business – personal touch!!!
Let me start by saying that the product is great – exactly what I was looking for. After using resistance bands in a hotel gym, I decided to get them for my home. These were as good as, if not better than, the ones they had in the gym – mostly due to the quality of the connection between the resistance hoses and the carabiner clip and the weight markings on each band. The handles and foot straps are lightweight but appear to be reasonably durable (if used the right way – see below). Since purchase, I’ve been using them every night. It’s been a while since I have exercised regularly (work, kids, life, etc.), and these make it so incredibly easy – no reason not to do it. There are lots of creative ways to use the bands to recreate lots of the same work-outs that I used to do in college.Here’s where the personal touch from a very responsive small, family-owned business came into play — I had a question about the foot straps relative to how they pulled on the sewed in piece. I sent an email, got a very quick response from a real person, and (after a few more nearly real-time communications) came up with a very quick solution. It turns out that the foot straps work much better (and don’t pull on the sewed in threads) if you flip the d-ring through to the other side – that way it pulls on the solid strap only. Much more durable configuration, and an easy 1-second flip to make it happen.I have no doubt that these bands will last for a long time, and furthermore, no doubt that if I have any questions I will get amazing responsiveness from Jan & Tim.Very glad I made this purchase.

I’m pretty sedentary and overweight as a result
“I am 70 yrs old and I suffer from arthritis and chronic back pain from acrushed vertebra as a result of an accident. I’m pretty sedentary andoverweight as a result. Exercise is very important for me to try toregain some mobility, reduce my weight, and control pain. It’s beenpretty much impossible for me to do so because of my mobility problems.I decided to try your exercise bands because they appeared to be simpleto use and can be used at home. To my delight they are absolutelyperfect for me.Easy to attach the handles and position the door anchor. Using thebands also as easy as could be. After working out I was surprised athow it felt as if I had just finished a session at the gym. Also, I havelimited financial resources and your bands are economical, a greatbenefit for me.Obviously, after just receiving the bands, I can’t comment on longevityof the product but they seem to be very well made and I’m lookingforward to getting a lot of use before having to replace them. Good 2nd Set of Bands
I bought these bands because I thought the bands were in 5 lb. increments. They are for 5, 15, and 25 lbs. I wish they also included 35 and 45 lb. bands (which is the only reason I didn’t give the set 5 stars).

I am 66 and suffer from the occaisional frozen shoulder and besides walking the wall with my fingers I use these bands to help stretch out the shoulder and all the other stuff I don’t understand that my therapist told me to do to ward off the shoulder tightness. These bands are great because there is such a range of tension to choose from. Some of the exercises call for more tension then other exercises and it is very easy to change from one band to another.The product arrived one day early, which is great. The company has been in touch with me through email, which is a nice touch on their part to make sure I am happy. And the price of the product was fantastic.Great product, great company, I’ll buy from them again.

I have brought this as I wasn’t still ready to hit the gym and this has definitely been a lifesaver for me.The quality of all the bands are good and sturdy enough and the best part is we can combine it together to create more resistance.It’s also feasible in a way which lets us use it for dropsets and stuff.Additionally,liked the ankle straps too.Good purchase. Product is overall nice pick.. especially hooks are on tubes rather than handle… Which means i can use tubes with or without handle as convincing…But:- resistance is 10-15-25-30-35.. description says 10-20-30-40-50…However they over more than enough resistance
