Tension relief at it’s finest
I ordered this massager hoping it could help with the tension in the left back side of my neck. To my surprise after repeated scheduled massages the tension and tightness is almost non-existent and I can now easily look left or right with almost no pain. It arrived by way of same day delivery. Convenient packaging for easy removal. The control panel is conveniently located for ease of use. Charging port easily accessable and comes with a a charging cable. The neck pillow is more comfortable than it appears. Simple and easy to put on and adjust. Amazing and relaxing with multiple operating modes including heat. Definitely out performs any other methods and products i’ve previously tried. This product truly stands out.

Gives a great massage.
This has been a game changer with my neck pain and headaches. (25 year old neck injury) It does have some serious pressure so it really works your muscles. I have discovered with daily use the muscles feel better and less tender each session. The heat is soothing and each massage cycle is 10 min. I get seven sessions on one charge when using heat. The pressure really works the vagus nerves in your neck to relieve headache pain and tension.By pulling on the straps you can control the amount pressure you add to the massage. You can also change the speed and movement of the massage as well as no heat.It comes with a charging cord which is a C type cord, but you need to supply the charging portal.

Not perfect but adequate.
Does what it is advertised to do. Great for personal use if you don’t have someone to massage you or go to an actual Masseuse. I Also appreciate how it’s compact and portable. This treats exactly the spot as shown in the pictures. It does get very deep in the top of the shoulder area below the base of neck but misses a key spot for me which is about an inch or two lower. So it simulates tiny hands vs normal to large. IMHO I think it’s lacking in pressure on the neck. I couldn’t manage to manipulate the positioning of it to get it to go deeper in that area. You cannot use it anywhere else on your back effectively, you can barely feel it. Therefore it does not replace my much larger and pricier plug in shiatsu shoulder massager that I can use up and down my spine. I’ve seen these things on TikTok for a while now and was very curious. For the price point I think I will keep it and just use it separately as part of a multi device massage therapy session. An all in one would be great but I can’t afford a massage chair, lol.

Convenient massage
Absolutely value for money. It has some weight in it but does the job well. Supposedly a gift for my husband but out of curiosity, since I always have shoulder and lower back pain after each 12hours shift, I decided trying this for the first time and it definitely gave me good relief. Now I’m considering getting one for myself! It is durable, easy to use and heat was tolerable. This would be helpful during winter when my muscles tend to be so tight and sore.

Do not recommend.3 months in and I’m missing my old shiatsu style massager.When it’s fully charged and working, it does a nice job, but the overall functioning of the product itself is poor.This is my 4th massager of this type, but the first that does not work while plugged, will charge over night and die after 10 minutes of use – and will now need to sit and charge for hours until I can use it again.If it could hold a charge or operate while plugged in, it does a good job.But given that it does not, you cannot use this product for its purpose effectively and I do not recommend.Don’t waste your money on this product there are far more effective ones out there.

BEST Neck Massager I’ve Used!!!
This massager is everything I have dreamed of when it comes to a neck/back massager. The design feels like you’re receiving a real massage from someone with thumbs! It actually provides pain/tension relief while being comfortable. To be honest, I couldn’t wait, so I used it right out of the box and multiple times since then (including on my lower back) and the battery life is still going strong. It’s amazing that it is it portable and rechargeable so you can use it wherever you want. The arm straps help it feel even more comfortable while adding pressure to all of the right places!I would highly recommend this to anyone that is looking for an affordable and easy to use neck massager that actually provides relief! The first time I finished using it, I could feel a wave of tension release from my shoulders and neck. Don’t second guess if you need this because you absolutely do!!!

This massager has changed my life!I work at a desk all day in a high-stress job, and I hold a ton of tension in my neck and shoulders. By the afternoon, my upper back is in so much pain and numbness that I have to step away to stretch out and rub my shoulders. Even then, the rest of the day is still usually super uncomfortable.UNTIL NOW!!!It works so well that I can just put it on when things start to cramp up, keep working, and I feel great by the time it’s finished.Things I love:- The hands-free strap truly makes it hands-free. I can put it on whenever I need to and continue to go about my day. I’m planning to bring it on a long road trip for relief while driving.- The heat feature is adjustable and helps so much.- It’s easy to operate. The buttons are easily accessible, and the massage speed and type can be adjusted as needed.- It can be used on the lower back and legs as well—the action and contact points are well-suited for a variety of areas.- The cover is washable and comes off easily with a zipper- It’s cordless- It’s surprisingly compact—folding up into a bundle for easy packing/storageThe battery life doesn’t seem to perform quite as well as stated in the manual, but has been sufficient for several sessions before needing to charge.This is the third item from Snailax that I use and love. They have great customer service and well-designed products that improve my quality of life (and make great gifts!).

I have been having headaches from tension in my neck and shoulders, so I bought this massager. I figured it was less expensive than a session at a massage clinic. This massager is great! It’s very easy to use and you can control the depth of the massage on different muscle groups, just by pulling on the slings that your arms rest in. I like the heat feature as well; it feels very comforting and helps relieve tension and pain. It can be used for the legs and back as well. I am very pleased with this product and highly recommend it!

This is an amazing and well made product which was bought as a gift for my father who was delighted with it as he suffers with neck pain.However I am forced to give only four stars. It wasnt until we received the product and read the accompanying booklet that we realised it may not be suitable for those with a pacemaker fitted and a doctor should be consulted before use. This we did and were told by his doctor not to use it. Such a pity and my father was very disappointed he could not use it. I do feel that this should have been stated in the blurb as I would not have gone to the trouble of buying it knowing Dad has a pacemaker. Check also if you such things as replacement joints as this was also mentioned as needing a doctors referral.
