Good umbrella for the price, amazing customer service!
This is a very good umbrella for the price. It’s sturdy and well made, doesn’t feel cheap, and the open/close mechanism is responsive and quick. It provides good coverage without being huge and hard to walk around with, folds up to a pretty compact size, and the handle is comfortable to hold. It’s easy to get back into the slip it comes in, and I like the elastic cord that I can sling around my wrist while holding it. I’m really happy with it overall.I really want to highlight the outstanding customer service of TradMall. They stand behind their product, and care about customer satisfaction. I had this umbrella for over a year, and had used it quite a few times. It held up well in average rainy weather, until last week a sudden strong gust turned it inside out for the first time, and the material tore away from one of the ribs. These umbrellas have a lifetime warranty, so I emailed TradMall and told them what happened. I wasn’t even sure they’d answer, but I had a reply within hours. The customer service person I spoke with (Tracy) was friendly and professional, and by the evening of the day I sent the email, they’d placed an order for a replacement umbrella, no questions asked. It arrived today, just a few days later. I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience, and I definitely recommend this umbrella.

Great Umbrella. It Works and that is what matters!
It is an umbrella it blocks the sun or prevent you from getting wet. It is sturdy enough to last for years. Handle has a good feel in it. It is lightweight. Small enough to fit in a bag. I love it. Final verdict it is a good buy for something that $8 – $10.Why buy it?- It is not expensive- Materials used can last years, you’ll probably lose it before you worn it out.-You should not be buying $40 umbrella that will probably do the same job.

Best Umbrella Ever…follow up
I wrote the following review when I bought the umbrella. Recently a spoke broke. I contacted Tradmall. They responded immediately and arranged for a replacement.They have the Best customer service. They do what they promise.Can’t ask for a better product or better customer service.Original review……I love this umbrella! I use it every day for sun protection and, of course, when it rains. Since I live in Florida, that means I use it constantly.It never breaks when the wind blows it inside out. I just turn it around and the wind pops it back.It’s big enough to keep you dry. It’s small and light enough to carry. It’s not for a small handbag but I find those umbrellas too small and flimsy to really keep you dry.From my experience with other brand umbrellas, closing this type of umbrella is difficult. They have a button to open and close. But to really close it you have to push the handle in. I had to push the others against a wall or sidewalk and it was still difficult. This umbrella is tight but I can still close it with my own strength…. and I’m older with arthritis in my hands.Last, this company is great to deal with. Good customer response when I had a problem.Since I use it all the time every day, I have several. Can’t be without it.

Very good quality for the price
As a buyer of the TradMall Travel Umbrella, I’m impressed with its quality given the price. The 46-inch canopy is large enough to provide excellent coverage, and the 10 reinforced fiberglass ribs make it sturdy and windproof, even in gusty conditions. Cheap and bad design
Broke after the 3rd time using it. The button you press for it to lengthen and open is hardcore, it would fly out of my hand each time because of the crazy amount of power that button had. Unfortunately the umbrella part no longer would stay open after the 3rd time, most likely due to the button/power causing it to break something. Waste of money. Not durable at all, not any smaller than any other umbrella when closed so I wouldn’t call it a travel umbrella either.

Great little umbrella!
This is the 4th of these umbrellas I’ve purchased & I can’t speak highly enough about this product. I keep 1 in each car, 1 in the house & I have 1 spare (in case I leave one on my travels-which I’m prone to do). The umbrella is easy to use, sturdy, lightweight and compact, which is perfect for my uses. The seller was prompt and the packaging was perfect. I highly recommend this product & am considering buying the same in bulk as stocking stuffers for my family. Love this thing!

The umbrella was packed in its box, delivered quickly and well-packaged. Thank you, seller, for your nice customer service. I used the umbrella in the park when it was drizzling. I like the blue color of the item as it feels as if the sky is blue and the rain looks less gloomy. 😀 I am happy with my purchase. I also liked the handle of the umbrella, it works well for me. Also, it did not feel heavy to carry for me, despite a seemingly solid body of the umbrella.

OK, I’ve used this a few times but not many. Now after our hot summer the rain has finally arrived and I felt safe in the knowledge I would stay dry (as can be with a brolly). But I was surprised to feel drips. Not much, but it seems where the struts are in contact with the fabric, the water filters through bilding up until it drips. Small showers aren’t a problem, but a deluge will leave you feeling rather wet.I’m now off to find another ‘recommended’ brolly for when it continues raining . . .
