Comfortable
I used this on a plane ride and car ride. It was very comfortable adn supportive of my neck and head. It was very light to carry and hooked onto my backpack very easily but was still secure that it didn’t fall off unless I unhooked it.

Pleasantly surprised by the comfort
Every time I’ve bought a good neck travel pillow I’ve ended up giving it to my mom since she suffers from neck pain due to a cervical neck fracture a few years back. This one though I think I’ll be keeping for myself for a long time. Upon opening the package of this travel neck pillow I had low expectations due to how slim and small this pillow looked. Upon inspection of the pillow I noticed that it’s very soft and the foam or latex has a very nice rebound bounce to it when pressed. The pillow will definitely need to be off-gassed for a few days before use as there is a smell to it from the materials. I do like the closure mechanism which is a little button to push and connecters to keep the pillow together around your neck. Now to the actual support of the item: it’s actually surprisingly supportive. Although I initially thought that due to the shape of the contours it should be supportive, I had my doubts when taking it out the package because it looked a bit on the little side like it wasn’t going to be able to do much. I put it around my neck and leaned my head to each side as well as back and forth simulating the position my head rest when sleeping sitting up. I can definitively say that this travel pillow is very supportive of the neck and I was pretty surprised. It holds the neck up in a better position, not actually letting your head fall too far either way. Since the closure mechanism helps to keep the front sides of the pillow together when wearing it this also adds to the support for your neck. The nice travel bag that comes with it is an added bonus. Only due to the smell is why one star is knocked off, but I don’t have to travel right away so it has time to air out/off-gas. It’s also good that the tag says both the pillow and the cover can actually be washed by hand and air dried.

Obsessed! My New Go-To Travel Pillow!
Over the years, I have definitely tried my share of travel pillows. I recently traveled from Florida to Minnesota (and back), and was completely blown away at how comfortable this travel pillow is! Compared to some of the pillows I have purchased in the past, this pillow was rather and expensive so I was quite surprised at the value for money! I will definitely be picking up a few of these this holiday season for some family members that travel often!The size and shape of the pillow fit me just right. I love that the cord is adjustable to fit a wide variety of people. And, as for the quality of the pillow: well, let’s just say it is super soft, and I was asleep as soon as the plane was in the air! Coming from someone with high anxiety, this is a huge plus! I also love that it comes with a travel bag for cleanliness reasons (airports, do not tend to be the cleanest environments!) I have used this a total of four times now and noticed that the shape bounces back immediately. I placed the travel pillow in my purse, but it could just easily be clipped to the outside of your carry-on luggage for easy storage while moving throughout the airport. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this product and strongly recommend this travel pillow!

Contoured and easy to wash
This is a great travel pillow, the latex is very soft and supportive. The pillowcase is also removable, which is great after traveling. The design of the pillow is contoured, so that it provides support closer to your chin, so that your head will stay lifted if you fall asleep and tend to fall chin forward. The width of the neck portion can be adjusted to fit with a drawstring clasp. The carry bag is also good for you to stuff your pillow in and you can have it hanging from your carry-on bag or backpack as well. So far so good, and the latex should last for quite some time before it loses its form.

Not enough support and/or cannot make tight enough
I found the materials great–love that it’s natural latex, not synthetic, love that the cover comes off to wash (critical), that it comes with a stuff sack, and the cord lock clips apart and together with a reasonable strength. Also, no bad smell. It is bulky and does not compress, meaning you may be wearing onto the plane when boarding if your carry-on is like mine–max’ed out.It’s important to note that I’m a man who wears a 16.5″ neck dress shirt if it’s buttoned with a necktie. That’s not a football player neck, but it’s not a pencil neck either. I did not find that it gave enough support. My head still falls too far to the side. I felt like I wanted to make it tighter to address this, but I could not–the cords that run through the cord locks are stitched to the ends of the pillow; they do not run through it, so there’s no way to make it tighter. Alternatively, if the sides ran higher, that might solve my needs. At the time of the review, the low $20s price makes it a good value, but only if it provides you the support you need.

Average travel pillow
I ordered this to use when we go run errands (typically drive for an hour or so every other day). This pillow is comfortable once you get used to it and small. It’s easy to take on the go or store in your car. It is squishy and clips shut in the front. It does have a smell so you’ll need to wash it if it overwhelms you. It isn’t budget friendly but if you are in need of latex pillow, this is worth trying.
