I absolutely love this set of snorkeling gear
I absolutely love this set of snorkeling gear. I went on a cruise to the southern Caribbean and finally found out the proper equalization technique to enjoy snorkeling and this set worked great. I am currently getting certified for scuba diving and am using this set and it works great for that as well. The fins are very comfortable and fit great. the mask maintains a good seal and the snorkel keeps water out when at the surface and is easy to clear while while at the surface and after ascending from a dive and clearing the water after having been submerged. The fins are the full heel style thus have some limitation if you are doing a lot of shore diving and booties would benefit in that case and you would need the open heel style fin. Also, if you are diving in colder water you also would benefit from open heel fins so you can use the booties for warmth as well. Over all recommendation would be this is a great product for the price and will be sufficient for the majority of circumstances. If, when you get heavily involved in the sport and need to upgrade, then you could do so, but this will work for the majority of your needs.

Nice snorkeling set for the price
Bought 2 of these US Divers Cozumel snorkeling sets (one yellow, one blue) for an upcoming beach trip. Tried them out in the pool and so far so good. We swam with them for about an hour and both my son and I thought they were good. Mask was easy to adjust and comfortable to wear. The snorkel worked just like a snorkel should and was fairly comfortable to use. The plastic wasn’t uncomfortable but, again, used it on and off for an hour. Longer than that might be different. If that’s an issue, you might look for something different. The fins worked great! My son wears an 11 and I’m a size 10. Both of use were comfortable with the large. The width was fine for both of us and I think our feet are about average.Quality seems good for the price and we’re all set to do some scalloping!

Got this for my 11 year old stepson, we’re taking vaco in his native land of southern philippines. Fit is fine, quality good.Not like your granpas US Divers gear, beautifully made in USA, last for decades.

No leaks and good quality
I used it 4 times during the Caribbean vacation and it worked great. The built quality seemed to be good and I didn’t experience any water leaking. I did have fogging issue one time. Also, I recommend a snorkeling vest because you could get into the deep water pretty quickly.

Great price, great product – Fog free hint
This did everything it was supposed to. I wanted to review and leave a little hint on keeping it fog-free. Take toothpaste and rub it all over the inside of the mask, then rinse. This is for all new ones because there is almost a little film on the lens. Then with baby shampoo and water solution, rub all over the lens and let it sit for a minute until you are ready to get in, and then a quick QUICK rinse and put it on. It should be ready to go without fogging. If not add more solution.

Some disappointment
This is my first snorkel set. I am using it to learn and master snorkeling. The fins are great as is the bag. I’m not so sure about the snorkel. I tend to take in water (still need work on the breathing) and can’t get all the water out – have to swallow or surface to purge.The mask isn’t a good fit now. It worked great for the first few swims but now it is starting to leak. On the positive side, vision is great compared to the swim goggles I purchased at the same time. The mask is still good enough to dive in a 50-inch deep pool for cleaning and playing so I will keep it for that and find a better quality mask for ocean exploits.

Unbeatable Price for Value
I purchased the US Divers Adult Cozumel Mask/Seabreeze II Snorkel/Proflex Fins with Gearbag in Black/Large and I’m very satisfied with the product. The bag is very decent quality and has a shoulder strap. The fins’ foot pockets are among the most comfortable I’ve seen. I wear a US Size 10-11 (Euro 42-44) depending on the brand, so the Large (9.5-11) played right into that and the fins really fit perfectly. The snorkel’s mouthpiece does NOT come off to replace the one on a second stage regulator for diving, which is among the reasons that make me want to say this should be considered more for snorkeling and maybe shallow scuba, than for scuba diving, but I think you are still getting A LOT of decent quality products for what you are paying.

Honeymoon in BVI….. Awesome!
I ordered the U.S.Divers Adult Cozumel snorkel set to go on our honeymoon. It arrived as expected and identical to how advertised.We were in the water about 3-4 hours each and every day of the 8 nights we spent on Tortola. I also purchased a defogger but forgot it more than once and just used spit which worked just fine.The snorkel set fit well and was comfortable. It packed easily in our suitcase and traveled light since we ferried to adjacent islands to swim other reefs. The bag it came in had a shoulder strap that was handy at The Baths on Virginia Gorda. I just slung it on my shoulder since we hiked through caves & over, under, and across house-sized boulders to get to the beach.I wish I could say that I will use this set a dozen times a year, but I can’t. I don’t know how well it will hold up to regular use and abuse. This is not a professional mask and fins set. This doesn’t cost several hundred dollars. But, that’s not what I needed. All I wanted was an inexpensive snorkel set that would be reliable for two weeks with no issues and that’s exactly what I got. It could take months of daily wear and tear to make this set fail. But then again, if I were snorkeling every day for 2 or 3 months, I doubt I would complain about having to buy a new mask!

My size selection fits 9.5 mens foot perfectly. Mask very good fit and seals all around face. Still have to water test in Mexico, but eveything looks and feels good, for $80.00
