This is a great umbrella and worth the money! It covers me and my backpack and when windy, it has the vent all the way around it so it doesn’t take off on you. The one I got was the compact that fits in or on the top of my back pack just in case on those days it might rain. The push button extends it quickly, but you have to pull it down manually which is not a deal breaker for me. The handle is strong, the size is perfect. It’s not the small one but I do like the feel, weight, quality and durability of this umbrella and would recommend this.

Have not used it in action yet, but initial examination tells of a very high quality build. Nice materials, solid, and folds up in a relatively small package for carrying. Not to mention that it looks good too!

It doesn’t turn inside out – I will give it that. It has holes between the two layers that wind passes through.Unfortunately, it doesn’t have the heft that it takes to make it less strenuous to hold it on a 10 minute walk through Toronto winds. Meaning it’s always moving, allowing wind-blown snow and rain to hit you in the face.It’s also VERY hard to close. You have to apply a LOT of force.For $100, I expected something more reliable and comfortable to use.
