Good buy
I was really excited about this compression bag. Overall it did what I needed but the valve has a small plastic piece that needs to cover the opening. If it does not cover the opening then the seal is not as strong. I love the look of the bag as well as the strength of the zipper. It did allow my suitcase to hold bulkier items like my winter jacket, hat, gloves and extra layers. I do recommend this product

Good Ideas!
This is a great tool for traveler. We are planning to use it for our Christmas trip. One bag fits in one carry on suitcase very well. We purchased two, which we can use them in the bigger suitcase. They are very good quality and strong. We can pack more stuff in our suitcase, especial for those puffer coat, mittens and scarf.

Design flaw
Worked great at first until I was thousands of miles away in Bali. The grey cover came off the on/off switch. I tried to slide it back in the grooves but it wouldn’t fit so I guess it was glued on? That’s a poor design flaw.I pressed the on off switch that was under the grey cover and it provided the needed plug for suction until the device became so hot I had to remove my thumb. Of course it’s useless if it can’t compress the bag.
