    Stylish and functional
The mix of black fabric with brown leather accents gives it a professional yet casual lookMaterial seems durable, great option if you need a multi-purpose backpack for work, short trips, or even carrying gear (like a laptop, documents, or medical instruments).Good organization having multiple pockets, laptop sleeve and secure compartments is very helpful. You can keep tech, documents, clothes separated. I noticed the side pocket depending on the size of the bottle will not fit and lack of hip belt so if you load the bag heavily, torso fatigue is possible. The back is padded and very comfortable.I’ve used it for 5 day trips and commuting.

    A solid travel backpack
This is a truly phenomenal pack for the price. It is nearly identical to the Tomtoc T-66 Navigator, itself an excellent bag, but nearly 1/3 of the cost–I picked this up on sale for $32 (vs $88 for the Tomtoc). The overall design is nearly identical, though this has the advantage of having a extra front pocket. Tomtoc claims it’s capacity is 40 liters, and Velaybor claims this is 42, though I’d guess both are closer to 36-38 liters. The exterior bag material is nearly identical- both are heavy-duty nylon.Tomtoc uses YKK zippers. Velaybor states that they are using YKK zippers, but I doubt this–they aren’t labelled as such on the bag itself. I suppose it is possible that the exterior zippers are YKK–they seem sturdy enough–but the interior ones almost certainly aren’t. The Tomtoc has higher quality padding on the shoulder straps and on the rear of the pack, as well as more structure, though this won’t be an issue if you aren’t using them as an everyday carry. On the plus side: the Velaybor has the added benefit of coming with packing cubes. The Velaybor also has a rear strap that allows the bag to sit upright on a roller suitcase, whereas the Tomtoc requires the bag to be placed sideways, which could cause the water bottle to spill. Both bags have lackluster water bottle pockets, though both allow a water bottle to be secured using the compression straps.Instead of a second water bottle pocket, the Velaybor has a cheap-feeling side handle, though I’ll never use it, and don’t really need a second water bottle pocket, so its not a dealbreaker. The Tomtoc has more structure than the Velaybor, though I’m not entirely sure this is a benefit is you’re planning on using it as a personal item on an airline. The measurements are slightly larger than that allowed on budget airlines like Spirit and Frontier, and the structure makes it more difficult to squish it into the right dimensions, though I haven’t tested this yet. Both have acceptable laptop compartments, though neither is great. The Tomtoc, again, is higher quality and does a better job of keeping the laptop from touching the ground, though the Velaybor is certainly passable if you’re not being too aggressive with the bag.Overall: everything about the Tomtoc is higher quality (it’s a genuinely terrific bag!), but other than the padding on the straps and back, not noticeably so. If you’re going to be wearing it regularly for long periods, or using it as an EDC, the Tomtoc is probably the better purchase, though for normal use–one-bag airline travel–the Velaybor is a fantastic choice.

    Great travel backpack!
Here’s a shorter, more casual version:⸻Overall, this is a really solid travel backpack for the price. It holds a ton of stuff and the packing cubes are super handy for keeping clothes organized. The material feels durable and the zippers are actually really good quality — not cheap or flimsy. The one thing to be aware of is the laptop compartment. It goes all the way to the bottom of the bag, so when you set the backpack down, your laptop can take the impact. Most travel bags have the laptop sleeve lifted a couple inches above the bottom, and I really wish this one did too.Aside from that, the storage layout is great, it’s comfortable to carry, and the TSA-friendly opening is convenient for airports. If you just handle the bag gently when your laptop’s inside, you’re getting a lot of value for the price.

Perfect size for weekend or short trips
This has been the perfect personal item carry on and weekend getaway pack. It is the perfect travel bag between a backpack & carry on luggage bag. It’s big enough for a weekend supply of clothing, toiletries, and other travel otems such as computer. I have yet to run out of space for my short trips. The bag has been very durable and has not failed yet at the closure points, including zippers. I will get another for my family member.

    Get it! You’ll be happy
My husband and I got matching ones for our honeymoon and they were perfect. We packed them up to the brim and they still fit under the airplane chair. The three packing cubes it came with and shoe bag came in handy. All the pockets were wonderful. We had so much stuff and this bag was Perfect. The bag held up great. No issues with the zipper. I’m so happy we got these

Great bag and even better value
I love this bag. Great weekender bag with plenty of room with isolated pockets for all sorts of reasons you’d have. Great material. Will update if there are any changes to craftsmanship. The top pocket is my favorite. I always struggle on where to put my phone and wallet when going through airport security and that’s the perfect spot, instead of sending it loose in a bin. Almost lost airpods that way.My only two comments: maybe make the cup holder a little bigger/deeper (if possible) and maybe add a comfort waist belt. Better yet, an optional/removable one.

I underestimated this bag. I had ordered an Osprey bag, but returned it when I tried this one. It’s a third of the price, comes with compression bags, and has a ton of features. It has a ton of storage, opens like a suitcase and wears nicely as a back pack. Perfect for a carry on as your only luggage for a trip.

Brilliant bag. Lots of space for everything. Lots of really useful side and top compartments that can be zipped. I especially liked the safe pocket located against your back to store a purse. Arrive dquietly.

Great quality and loads of space to put few days worth of work clothes and enough small pockets to put the little bits and bobs in.

This travel backpack has many compartments and tons of storage. It expands well, but compresses enough to fit under the seat of in a plane. I love it!

This bag is outrageously clever, useful, and versatile for the incredibly low price. There seem to be pockets for everything, yet it isn’t bulky, and the packing cubes are way more helpful than I was expecting. It doubles up as a suitcase while doing everything a backpack should do. It ticks every single box I had, including comfort, and I can’t get over how little money I spent on it. A minor gripe is the adjuster on the shoulder straps is quite sensitive, but it’s no big deal and you can just adjust it back. I’ve had it for about a month, so no comments yet on durability.
