Caddx Walksnail Goggles L: A great budget option for getting into HD FPV drones!
I’ve been interested in trying these goggles out since they were first introduced and finally got around to ordering a set. They look and feel solid in hand, and the screen image is nice and clear. With my contacts in, the image was perfectly in focus to my eyes. These could really work well for younger pilots since the overall size is very compact and light. They felt comfortable on my face, and it reminded me of my early analog flying days starting out with box goggles. There is something about flying with 1 large screen that just feels nice and immersive. I was impressed with the range and signal penetration considering that all the antennas are fully internal. That alone could make these a great travel goggle to just feel safe throwing into a bag to go wherever. I may end up using them as a ride along goggle to let other people watch while I fly.Overall I think these are a fantastic option for the price, and I’m happy to see a budget minded way for more people to be able to start flying in HD. I’ve enjoyed flying with them so far!

Nice quality image and latency and dvr for the money.
Made of really nice quality materials. I love the image and the dvr is really nice too. Easy to update and bind. Iatency is good also. I would use a 4s lipo to power. Very nice goggles for the price.

Impressive Clarity
I had the chance to try the Avatar HD Goggles, and I’m impressed with their performance! After using them for several days, I can confidently say they deliver an exceptional experience for any users. The standout feature is the crystal-clear HD display. The visuals are sharp, vibrant, and immersive, making everything from drone racing to cinematic viewing a delight. The goggles are lightweight and comfortable, with adjustable straps and a well-designed fit that didn’t cause any discomfort or fatigue. I also appreciated the intuitive controls and navigating the settings was straightforward.Another highlight is the build quality. The goggles feel sturdy yet sleek, and the included accessories (like the carrying case) are a nice touch for portability. The battery life is solid, lasting through multiple sessions without needing a recharge. I also loved the low-latency performance, which made real-time activities smooth and responsive.I’ve attached a short video showcasing the goggles in action, including picture. These goggles are a fantastic choice for anyone looking for quality, reliable performance. Highly recommend!

Headtracking Feature Great
I got these googles for the headtracking feature for my FPV RC car. The goggles tell the camera gimbal to follow my head movements: up, down, left, right. It was all pretty easy to setup. Great picture and decently priced. The only thing I’d ding it for is the size. It seems just ever so slightly too small for my head. Maybe I have a big head. Anyway, I took a photo of it next to my other goggles so you can compare the sizes. Didn’t really try to test the distance I could receive a signal.

Nice goggles and well made
Excellent goggles. They fit almost perfect and hope to see different foam padding options in the future for a perfect fit. Went out flying in 100F heat for about 4 hours and had no issues the whole time. They have a nice lcd screen, an good range (tested out to about 2mi with the moonlight camera on 700mw). Ive been in fpv for almost 15 years and have had all the systems. Walksnail is a great option and really like the choices in cameras. The goggles are really efficient too. The battery life im getting is about 3 hours of constantly on with a 2s 2000mah li-ion.

A few flaws, but still 5 ⭐
Just as described. Item was brand new, came with all original accessories, as expected. The foam doesn’t make a snug fit with the face, the strap is way too flexible, so the goggles droop down, making it almost impossible to view the bottom status bar, where it has the battery indicator, VTX signal and all that important stuff. It can be remediated with a 3rd party strap and foam thought. Still giving it 5 stars because the price is very accessible for an HD goggle.

Large screen and decent quality
Comparing it to the Fatshark Recon HD goggles, the larger screen on these goggles are very noticeable and definitely great to have. It feels more like I’m flying myself as oppose to looking through a letterbox with the Fatsharks. Couldn’t discern a difference in radio penetration between the two (or really much else for that matter aside from no usb C out for external displays). The front light lights up as soon as it’s booted and ready to pair with a VTX which I found useful. It’s pretty lightweight so it’s fairly comfortable and the included storage bag is lined in microfiber which is super nice.Overall I would recommend
