How to adjust headset MIC when others cannot hear my voice?
First ,please check if the microphone mute button is turned on; Secondly, it is recommended that the distance between the microphone and the Mouth should not exceed 2 fingers (approximately 2 inches) to achieve the best sound quality.

Follow the steps below to set it up on your computer:
Open “Setting” and click “System”-“Sound”-“Sound Control Panel”- “Recording”-Double click “EH05(U) Microphone”-“Listen”-Choose “Listen to this device”
Then you can hear your voice .
How to adjust if I can’t hear any sound when the headset is connected to the computer?
First check whether the USB is connected to the device stably,it is recommended to connect to another USB jack;
Second select EH05(U) as the default input/output device in the “sound”setting ;
Finally, check whether speaker mute is turned aon.
What to do if the microphone is too low?
Operate on the computer through the following steps:
Setting -Control Panel -Hardware and Sound-Sound-Recording(Select connected headset, and double click mouse )-Level (adjust mic soud)
Is it normal for a red light on the sound card to stay on?
Normal. The red light near the volume button on the improved version of the sound card will stay on, indicating that the sound card is working properly, but it does not mean that the volume mute is turned on.

Great product, great customer service
I had an issue with my original headset I ordered. Unfortunately I did not test it right away, as this was my backup headset since my original was on the way out. (Same kind) I contacted the seller, although i was way past the return date. They were incredibly understanding and send a replacement. I’m definitely super happy, mind you they really did not have to do it and I did not expect that either. So besides that I LOVE this headset, I can now attest to the customer service as well. I would give them 10 Stars!!! Product and customer service is outstanding! It is my 2nd set, I itself it daily, wear it up to 12hoyrs some days and forget it’s on my head that’s how comfortable it is. Clear sound, no customer has ever heard a background noise. I wear it mostly over 1 ear and have music in the background. Can’t go wrong with it. Buy it!!!

Worth Every Penny!
I needed this badly to record audio for a presentation, and it worked like a charm! The noise-canceling feature effectively blocked out all background noise, providing clear and crisp audio. My only issue was occasionally having to re-record a slide due to a faint motion sound from my movements, which is why I rated it 4 stars instead of 5. However, for meetings, this product is an absolute superstar and worth every penny! It’s well-made, sturdy, and the affordable price doesn’t compromise its quality.

Subpar
I ordered this because I work remotely and usually watch movies/listen to music on them while I work. The headset itself is pretty nice and sleek looking. I was satisfied with the feel of it. Its comfortable and doesn’t hurt your ears like some headsets. However, the functionality is a bit subpar. It cancels out noise as advertised but, I’m only able to listen to music or watch movies etc from my phone. I can’t turn the volume up past 2, which was fine. Recently this past week, callers are complaining that I sound low/or reporting static on the line. I’ve only had it for about 2 months or so and I use it strictly for work. I wouldn’t recommend this product. Definitely wouldn’t purchase it again. Especially not for “long term use”.
