This is an incredible gimbal for the price.I replaced a similarly priced gimbal from one of the biggest names in this market and do not regret it at all.It is very easy to mount and balance a camera, the ability to quickly mounts to use a phone and the fact that it folds compact enough to carry in my large photo kit bag are all winning points for this gimbal.It moves very smoothly, the battery lasts far longer than any shoots I need it for, and while it is lightweight it’s also a tank that can take a ton of abuse.

Excellent bang for the buck
I decided it was high time to replace my aging Zhiyun gimbal and this one seemed very promising. The price was basically a steal for what kind of features it was bringing to the table, and it totally delivered.It’s small enough to pack into my backpack if needed and light enough to use all day while still being every bit as capable as the heavy beast I previously had to haul around. The design is more ergonomically conducive to shooting, with more flexibility in shooting options. Especially if you need some autonomy like having it auto-track if you need to film yourself or act as a second camera operator.Balancing is fine, about as tedious as balancing any gimbal tends to be. Battery is all internal but seems to have plenty of operating time. It would be nice if this kit came with the case (or if FeiyuTech made it a little easier to get it separately – when I last looked they only offered it as part of another kit) but again, it can fit in my pack if needed and at this price point you could go buy a case for it and still come out on top.

Really solid gimbal
This is a really great gimbal. I’ve used several gimbal, DJI Ronin, rs4, rs4 pro, zhiyun M3, Weebill S, and more. This is right up there with my RS4 Pro. Obviously it doesn’t hold the weight the rs4 does, but as far as smoothness and functioning, it’s right there. It’s a nice lightweight gimbal that’s really easy to use.The Bluetooth connected right away. It was easy to balance, the touch screen worked nicely and I love how modular it is with being able to remove the back handle.Overall, great gimbal, and I’ll definitely use it when I’m not using my heavier set up.

I have been using the FeiyuTech SCORP Mini 3 Pro for a couple weeks now and overall it has been a solid and practical tool for my solo video projects. As someone who films alone most of the time having a stabilizer that works with different types of cameras and offers remote control makes a big difference.The removable wireless handle with the joystick is one of my favourite features. I can control the gimbal from a distance which is very usefull when I need to frame myself or make small adjustments without walking back and forth. It really helps speed up the workflow when working alone.The AI tracking is much faster than the previous version. It reacts quickly and smoothly and the wider field of view means it holds onto the subject better even during fast movements. In my tests it barely lost track even when I was walking around quickly or changing direction often. That makes it alot more reliable for active shooting.I have used this gimbal with several devices including my Ace Pro 2 action cam my iPhone 15 my Sony ZV E1 and my Canon EOS R. All of them mounted easily and balanced without too much effort. It is nice not having to switch between different stabilizers depending on what I am filming. This one covers it all.The build quality feels strong and well made but it is still light enough to carry around all day. Switching from horizontal to vertical shooting is simple and that helps when creating content for different platforms like social media and YouTube.Stabilization is very smooth. I shot several handheld clips while walking and moving quickly and the footage came out stable and clear with almost no shake. It looks very professional without needing any post editing.Battery life has been good for my typical filming sessions and the OLED screen makes it easy to check battery level and mode settings. The controls are straight forward and it did not take long to learn how to use all the key functions.I am happy to replace my other gimbals and down size to just the one Scorp 3 mini pro.

Tengo varios modelos de esta marca porque me gusta mucho la edición de video y con cada nuevo modelo que sacan van puliéndolos y haciéndolos cada día de mejor calidad y con mayores prestaciones.Este modelo se asemeja mucho al mismo modelo de la marca que se llama igual solo que sin el PRO y, a pesar de parecerse mucho, este incluye muchas mejoras con respecto al modelo normal.Principalmente, las mejores van orientadas a la autonomía de funcionamiento, a la carga que soportan sus motores, permitiendo montar equipos más pesados sin problemas de compatibilidad y sobre todo a las funciones de seguimiento de objetos. El menú tanto de la aplicación como del propio gimbal pueden parecer iguales, pero si indagas en sus funciones, se pueden descubrir nuevos ajustes que el modelo normal no incorpora.Sobre todo, la diferencia fundamental radica en que en este modelo, el PRO, contamos con un joystick que podremos separar del cuerpo del propio gimbal, ya que nos permite poder manejar el gimbal a distancia. Es una función que, aunque en un primer momento no nos pueda llamar la atención, cuando empezamos a usarla y a trastear con ella, nos daremos cuenta de que es muy práctica.Esta función de manejo a distancia es muy práctica, ya que nos permite poder tener el gimbal en un sitio montado y operar todas sus funciones a distancia, permitiéndonos con un poco de imaginación sacarle mucho partido.En cuanto a la capacidad de carga, podemos montar desde un teléfono móvil a una cámara profesional sin que en ningún momento notemos merma en el funcionamiento de los motores. Es fundamental en este tipo de gimbal calibrar muy bien los ejes con el gimbal apagado, intentando en todo momento que la cámara o el móvil queden muy bien balanceados, ya que eso nos va a permitir poder exprimir al máximo todas las funciones del gimbal sin que los motores sufran y de esa manara permitiendo que la batería nos aguante más. En movimientos como el efecto incepción esto es fundamental, ya que si no lo hacemos bien el gimbal no tendrá un movimiento fluido y continuo.Reseñar también que podemos usar el móvil con un adaptador que incorpora un ventilador para refrigeración y evitar de esta manera que sobrecaliente.En cuando al resto de funciones y especificaciones son todas muy buenas y con unas características que solamente ofrecen gimbal mucho más caros. Aunque ene l nombre del propio gimbal ponga mini…. No nos podemos llevar a engaño ya que es como también pone el su nombre PRO. Tenemos giro de 360º en su eje PAN y de 315º en le TILT y ROLL, batería de larga duración con unas 13 horas de autonomía, seguimiento de objetos con función Inteligencia Artificial, Conexión rápida Bluetooth, permite modos como fotografía time-lapse, panorámica, rotación automática, pantalla táctil de 1,3 pulgadas, soporta equipos de hasta 2kg de peso, indicadores led en le asa principal del gimbal que nos permiten saber en todo momento en le modo en el que estamos y así un sinfín de funciones más, muchas de ellas sobre todo en la aplicación del propio gimbal.Es un gimbal que por el precio que tiene nos da muchas funciones y prestaciones que en muchos casos solo podremos obtener con gimbal mucho más caros. No es un gil profesional al uso como si dijéramos, pero sabiendo usarlo bien, conociendo a detalle sus funciones y sus limitaciones y con un poco de imaginación, podremos hacer trabajos muy muy profesionales por un precio no muy elevado.Estoy bastante contento con la compra y se que le voy a sacar mucho partido ya que de esta marca tengo modelos que ya tienen varios años y siguen funcionando como el primer día.

Non è necessario installare app specifiche, perché il gimbal dispone di una telecamera dedicata al rilevamento dei soggetti. Questa permette anche il controllo a distanza con i gesti della mano, rendendo l’esperienza simile a quella di avere un operatore video personale: una vera comodità per chi crea contenuti da solo.Il design è molto curato e pratico. Sono presenti due impugnature diverse, pensate per adattarsi a varie modalità di ripresa. Una di queste ha una forma ricurva che richiama la coda di uno scorpione, da cui il nome del modello. In questa impugnatura si trovano la maggior parte dei comandi e un display touchscreen per visualizzare le impostazioni. I comandi sono ben distribuiti e facilmente accessibili, e il rivestimento in gomma morbida delle impugnature dà una sensazione piacevole al tatto.Sotto al gimbal si può montare un treppiede, utile sia per riprese fisse sia come estensione per ottenere una presa più stabile a due mani.Questa versione specifica dello Scorp Mini 3 si distingue per la possibilità di staccare l’impugnatura e utilizzarla come telecomando remoto per il controllo del gimbal: una funzione pensata proprio per i videomaker solitari.Per quanto riguarda la stabilizzazione, i risultati nei miei test sono stati ottimi. I video risultano fluidi, con un look professionale. Sono disponibili diverse modalità operative: dalle più comuni come pan, tilt, follow, lock e pan follow, fino a modalità più dinamiche come FPV o sport. Apprezzabile anche il fatto che il motore alla base consenta una rotazione libera di 360°, utile per creare effetti come i loop infiniti.È possibile utilizzarlo sia in verticale sia in orizzontale semplicemente ruotando il supporto, senza dover riequilibrare il gimbal ogni volta.Il tracciamento con AI è senza dubbio una delle sue funzioni più valide. La piccola videocamera integrata rileva automaticamente il soggetto e ruota il gimbal per mantenerlo sempre al centro dell’inquadratura. Inoltre, grazie al riconoscimento dei gesti, è possibile controllarlo con semplici movimenti della mano, come il gesto “OK” per avviare il tracking.La fase di bilanciamento è semplice: si sblocca un asse per volta e si regola la posizione fino a stabilizzare il dispositivo. La funzione di auto-tune rileva automaticamente il peso del carico e calibra la potenza dei motori in modo ottimale.Quando si utilizza su treppiede, si possono sfruttare modalità automatiche come il time-lapse con movimenti predefiniti, la rotazione continua a 360° o le panoramiche fotografiche a più scatti.L’app Feiyu ON permette di accedere a funzioni avanzate, come il controllo di apertura e ISO direttamente dal gimbal. Tuttavia, la cosa positiva è che anche senza l’app, molte funzioni fondamentali – compreso il tracciamento – sono disponibili direttamente dal dispositivo, rendendolo compatibile con diverse app video e anche con camere mirrorless o GoPro.La batteria garantisce un’autonomia fino a 14 ore e si ricarica in circa 3 ore. È comunque possibile utilizzarlo anche durante la ricarica.In conclusione, ritengo lo Scorp Mini 3 un gimbal davvero completo e versatile, perfetto per migliorare la qualità dei propri video con riprese stabili e dall’aspetto cinematografico. È comodo da maneggiare, compatibile con diversi dispositivi e accessori, e la funzione di tracciamento con AI rappresenta un vero punto di forza, soprattutto per chi registra video da solo. Un alleato prezioso per ogni content creator.
