One bolt away from a simple assembly…..
First of all this unit was a perfect set of drawers next to our bed. Upon opening the box we laid out all the contents to make sure all the parts were included. Trying to assemble the frame, one bolt could not be screwed into the U piece connecting the left side of the frame. Tried different bolts with no success. Thought about using the customer service number for replacement parts. Realized return and replace option to Amazon would be quicker.Suggestions:Upon opening the box make a note on how the pieces were packaged. If you have to return the item it is a puzzle trying to repackage the item.Make sure all the bolts screw into the 8 U connectors… my problem. If they all fit into the respective holes assembly should be no problem
