Great suspension trainer.
I have a couple suspension trainers but I really like this one for two reasons. The entire device is one piece (minus the additional strap to connect to additional places). This makes it easy to roll up into its bag and setup is fast. It’s also great for beginners because of this. The door anchor is built in to the strap and there’s also a carabiner style clip to connect it as well. The hardware is heavy duty and should last a long time. Which brings me to the second thing I really like which is the quality of materials. The handles are nice and big with high isolation rubber grip. It’s very comfortable to hold.This is a perfect affordable every day workout device and it’s not a gimmick. You could build strength and muscle with this. When you need more resistance you just increase the angle you position yourself in. The straps are easy to adjust although the clip to adjust is the one thing I would change. Certain exercises would have you change the position and it would be nice to have a faster way of changing the length. It has elastic to hold the slack off the strap but this makes it take a couple of movements to adjust the length for each strap. Also adding marker to the strap would be a nice feature. Although you can just add a couple stitches with a colored/white thread in the places you commonly adjust it to.It fits in the carry bag really easy and that makes it really portable and easy to bring places. I like to bring it outside and hook it up to my kids swingset when it’s warm out. It’s nice to be able to get a full workout outside in nice weather.

This is a great product. It has a built-in door jam and the materials from the straps to the handles are of great quality. This suspension training tool is worth the price and a fraction of the cost, compared to the Industry leader.

Good for squats
Does what I need at a good price. Use it for leg squats/rows following hip surgery. For a full workout the adjustment mechanism might get tedious. Set and forget for my needs. I’ve only used this and TRX at my therapist’s.

Perfect Strap
This is a very strong strap and is very well made. It’s as good as or is possibly better than the ones I’ve seen in gyms. It comes with a carrying bag if you want to take it with you when traveling. The price is very reasonable. Highly recommended.

Grips like a bike handlebar
The grip is described as “soft TPE” which is actually just rubber. It is cushioned underneath the rubber, but the rubber definitely doesn’t move with your hand in any way. It’s not like a coated dumbbell. More like a bike handle grip. I was hoping for something closer to the trx grips but this will do the trick. May end up putting some chalk on it. Other than that it is easy to use, simple to adjust, etc. Definitely glad I got this instead of paying full price for the brand name.
