Excellent resistance bands!
Super sturdy bands with strong rubber and solid metal parts. Changing resistance is quick and smooth. Feels premium and built to last. Totally worth it!

Nice set of resistance bands and accessories!!
I’ve only had this set of resistance bands for a couple of months but I’ve used them pretty extensively. They seem to really hold up and you get everything you need for a pretty good workout!! I recently had some injuries so weight training was a little tough but using the bands has been easy on my system!! I feel like I’m building and maintaining good muscle mass but there’s a lot to that including diet so I can’t say it’s just the bands. Anyways as far as a product I think for the money you get a lot and I would highly recommend anyone who wants to get into resistance band training to purchase this set!!

Home gym bands
These are great and I use a mountain climbing buckle on a hook to hang them. With a mat and a door I have most equipment others pay memberships for. The quality of the product is evident in the thickness and sturdiness of the materials.

Very useful and hold up well made
As noted in other videos, weights are very much skewed from regular weights (purchase much higher then you would map to dead weight), but quality of bands and options of handles, band covers etc was good. The protection band if your using around abrasive pipe is too small (thickness and length: only fits 3 bands and pile no more than 1-2″ diameter would be protected). The other issue is band connections to clip is square and with ring and that square connector, many exercises it is abrasive and rubs raw when it touches you during the pull. I ended up using small towl and wrapping /taping ends/rings. But this overall has been a great product.

Great bands for the price
I use these bands on my back porch door and adjust the weight depending on which exercise I do. These bands come with a nice bag to store them in and has a poster of various exercises to do with the bands that I use daily.

Great product! Bands are quality, anchor points very secure, carabiners are thick, ankle binds and hand grips have double secure stitching. Would highly recommend these bands. Would buy again. This time in pink!
