This massage is great; the roller rolls where it is supposed to, wherever I put it. It feels good; it does not hurt. For the money, it is so worthy. I have to give it five stars.

Decent but not perfect
I’ve been using the Shiatsu Back and Neck Massager with Heat for a little while, and it does help take the edge off after a long day. The kneading nodes hit the right spots, and the heat feature feels relaxing. However, the pressure can be a bit too intense at times, even on the lower setting, and the placement takes some adjusting before it feels comfortable. It’s good for occasional use, but not something I can use for long sessions. Overall, it’s an okay product—helpful, but not amazing.

This thing does the job!
Yo this massager is different. I was walking around with tension in my neck and upper back for weeks one session with this and I felt like I hit a reset button. The kneading is deep, not some weak little vibration, and the heat lowkey hits perfect. I usually throw it on after work or before bed and let it go to work for like 15 mins. You can move it around too neck, shoulders, lower back, whatever. Build quality is solid, doesn’t feel cheap, and it’s easy to use. Just plug it in, hit the button, and vibe. If your back be barking or your neck locked up from stress, this thing’s a game-changer. W purchase all day.

Good secondary machine
Right away I want to share the thing that surprised and pleased me the most: this massager comes with an adapter so you can use it in your car! What>! GAME CHANGER for road trips.That said, this is a very inexpensive little machine that heats and rubs, but it won’t be changing any lives. If you tuck this away in your car to help you on a busy day, or in a drawer at work to bring some relief on a stressful stretch, it’ll get you there, but it’s not the kind of complicated machine you could rely on if you have consistent back issues and are looking to consistently treat. You need something with much more variety for that, because this will make your muscles feel bruised and sore if you use it too much.Functionality: The black shell comes off completely for washing (hooray), and the power tucked into this machine is great; whether you gently lean on it or really press in, it keeps going. The massage is a bit monotonous, but, again, as a secondary machine it is great. It’s also very quiet, so if you use it in the office, no one will know.For a budget-friendly secondary massager, this machine is great.

Shiatsu Back and Neck Massager
I’m on the fence on this massager. It DOES massage. It DOES heat. But it also hurts. When I use it I have to barely have any pressure at all on it otherwise it is very painful for me. I don’t know if that is because I am sensitive or because it is painful. The heat feels very nice, I wish I could say the same for the massage but I can’t. I used it maybe half of one time and stopped because of the pain. Not really worth it in my opinion unless you like to hurt.
