This suitcase was awesome for our week in Orlando. It fit everything we needed with room to spare, and the expandable space came in clutch for souvenirs and last minute packing. The hard shell kept everything protected and still looks great after the trip.The spinner wheels glide smoothly even across airport floors and hotel lobbies, and the TSA lock gave us peace of mind while checking it. The green color also made it super easy to spot at baggage claim.If you are going on a longer trip and want luggage that is sturdy, roomy, and smooth to roll, this one gets five stars from me.

Decent, but not great.
Overall, a pretty good suitcase, giving 4 stars instead of 5 because the wheels tend to flex out a bit when loaded at approximately 40 lbs. and while rolling on a smooth, level, hard surface it is occasionally difficult to control direction. Also, it is a hard sided suitcase, but the sides do flex in pretty easily. But, for the price, it isn’t a bad case and served it’s purpose for my last business trip just fine. I was easily able to pack a week’s worth of clothes as well as a heavy leather jacket in the space. Zippers and locks work very well, it is light weight and a good size for 7-14 day trips depending on how and what you need to pack.

Durable and functional
Purchased this suitcase for our Mediterranean trip. It’s light weight, and large to hold two weeks worth of clothes. Love the locking mechanism that it came with. I did rest it on a surface and when I removed it, some of the outer layer came off – like crumb like. However, there was no sign of damage to the suitcase and held up the abuse of local and European airports.

Tiny wheels under-sized for the 27″ bag
Small case is just OK, large one is not good at all. I’m very disappointed because all of my other Swiss Gear products are great.The wheels are far too small for the large case (27″). When loaded to 40-45 pounds, it does not track and requires constant correction to keep it moving in a close to straight line. All three bags of small single wheels while all other bags (large or small) these days have double wheel of larger diameter. The diameter makes a huge difference in rolling resistance, especially on carpet (which should has no place in airports, but it still exists in some)I’ve been to Asia 80 times and have traveled all over Europe and to 49 of the 50 US States. I know suitcases! I would discourage anyone thinking about this set from buying it. Unfortunately, I bought the whole set for a trip three months out and only used the smallest carry-on before the return period expired so now it looks like I might be stuck with it since I can’t contact the company to exercise the warranty.Sadly, I emailed my concern to the email address listed on the warranty card but the email failed to reach the recipient. Address was precisely spelled. I’ll try to find another way to reach them, but it’s a. huge waste of my time to dig for a simple contact method for a large company like Wenger.

Really lightweight!
Sturdy, lightweight and the bright green is easily located on the airport conveyor belt! Holds everything I could possibly need. Rolls around the tightest spots, making it easy to travel with. Great design! Love this set!

Early Christmas gift for my wife. We used it for an overnight trip to the city. Bought it for upcoming trip to DR in Feb. TSA lock is easy to set. Carry on has a cup holder on the back I was unaware of when I chose this set. Definitely a nice plus.

I love this suitcase! It’s durable and the colour is perfect. The lining is good quality. And I love having the water bottle holder. It’s very useful when you have so many things to mind at the airport.I have overstuffed this and it has withstood everything. I’ve had it for awhile now and have had no issues.

Great item. The reason for 1 star less, is the handle. It feels slightly flimsy, it could be heavier duty. But I guess it needs to be as light as possible.
